Good area, staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast options were diverse and the tapioca was superb!

I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were also quite welcoming.

An okay hotel, definelty not a 4 stars, I'd say more like a 3 stars in need of some renovation.

We stayed there over two consecutive weekends. The hotel is close to Avenida Paulista. Everything worked. Their dfkinition of a Continental breakfast inlcuded a vairiety of fruits, cakes, and breads, in addition to eggs and an Egg / Tapioca station

Very good location

Conveniently located, clean and a very professional staff.

It's noisy ... motorbikes revving up loudly outside the hotel every night and early morning which made sleeping difficult. some construction work being carried out at the time which unfortunately made the hotel look a mess. The bar staff are pretty helpful and friendly.

I really enjoyed my time. Staffs are very friendly, Cintia, the lady that clean my room was fantastic, really friendly and helpful.

Nice and comfortable, friendly staff But upon arrival there was construction in the front of the hotel, which confused me alittle, then i notice the pool was also out of commission and half way through my stay the half of the gym disappeared. Aside from that everything was fine. I would stay again if everything was accessible

Muy buena ubicación

It is my second time at this Hotel. It is good but the rooms are in need of an update. Bathrooms are small and no toiletries.

Location was the best thing about this property. Was disappointed the view bar was being rennovated.

It’s close to Paulista.The cafeteria staff doesn’t understand even simple English

I felt very safe in the neighborhood, and especially in the hotel. I don't know much Portuguese, but staff was always able to help me very well.

The hotel was close to Paulista Ave and the staff was excellent.
