Location was prime in terms of walkability and access to stores and restaurants. Felt safe overall and on-site breakfast was delicious.

I checked in with Tiago, who's great! Manuel Antonio was also very friendly and helpful. I liked my room, although a blanket would have been nice as I was cold. The breakfast was very good and also good having underground parking. I would return if back in Sao Paulo. Sam

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were great, like mini condos. I can't say enough about how helpful and nice the hotel staff were during our stay!

The room was very spacious and clean. All amenities worked well. Bed was large and very comfortable. Sound isolation from the street was good. Great value for money in this underrated aparthotel.

This hotel is incredible. I stay here every time I go to Sao Paulo. Everything is very clean and modern; the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great. I am defenitly going to stay here again on my next trip.

The room was nice, I love the space very big. The bed was ok, my only complain is the shower. It was very weak and the water will accumulate on the floor, very slow drainage. Didn’t like the shower they need better ones. The location was ok. It was very safe just not a lot to do around that area. A bit boring.

The stay was great. There was a woman named Sweeney that helped me find the laundry room, and made sure that I had everything I needed. Everything was very clean and worked ; and the staff was very attentive and professional. The neighborhood was great. It had a lot of food options and coffee houses. I am definitely going to stay here again.

Great location, large rooms. Unfortunately it’s poorly kept with low quality bedding and towels. Cleaning seems to be minimum. Pool area and gym are a waste os space. This is a nice place in a great location. It has a lot of potential but it needs a serious upgrade
