This one stay was not my first. I will always go back when coming to Sao Paulo. Far from the busy business centers, quite yet no far from many entertaiment places. I really recommend.

El hotel está en una zona buena y de fácil acceso. Es un hotel antiguo y necesita un poco de renovación, las habitaciones son normales pero nada espectacular. El desayuno si fue un poco decepción. No tenían mucho que ofrecer y al final decidimos ir a desayunar a otro sitio durante nuestra estadía. Llegamos a las 11pm al hotel y tardamos 1 hora es hacer checking y solo éramos dos personas para registrarnos. Muy lento el proceso. Para estadías cortas está aceptable.

Nice place, good location..

It was in an excellent location for us.

It is a very convenient place, clean and spacious room except the bathroom.

Hotel is located in a very good neighborhood, in a residential area. The hotel conditions are poor.

Bathroom was not super clean, with dirt stains on the tiles and some unfinished or poorly made finishes. The room's television doesn't work (turns off after a few seconds), most channels were inaccessible, and there are no streaming apps. Not exactly a complaint, but they only keep one pillow per bed.

The hotel is very nice and all employees are friendly. My room had a nice view, was relatively large, and had good bed and a large desk to work. The room also was equipped with a microwave, minibar and dishes. I recommend.

The hotel offers Internet connection but this is the second year that there is no possibility to get WiFi connection. Many friends of mine were not able to get WiFi connection. I and my friends are not ready to recommend this hotel

Many pluses: location, price, service. Rooms are small but with a balcony and a view if you manage to get a room at the front and on one of the top floors. Breakfast is included but could improve a lot. Wi-Fi is poor and unstable.

This hotel was once a very good hotel and I enjoyed staying there. A month ago I spent a week time in this hotel and was surprised of the bad maintenance conditions, Breakfast is very poor and WiFi doesn't work.

the pillows are not good. The matress is not excellent either. The bathroom is too small. The curtains/shades are too small for the windows, so thw light isn´t totally blocked. The room is ok, good size.Wi-fi doesn´t work very well. I wouldn´t stay there again. Maybe it´s a good hotel for a night stay on a business trip

The room was big enough, clean and comfortable. Great location for what my needs were.

The room was very quiet and spacious, working wi-fi, nice restroom. Swimming pool was tiny, non-heated, and indoor; quite disappointing. Their breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful and attentive. Overall, great location and good value.
