While centrally located - there’s no air conditioning and the area is extremely noisy until late at night, followed by the cleaning crews in the early hours, followed by the extensive church bells early morning. So, during summer, if you want to leave your windows open you’re unlikely to get any sleep. Check in with cocky young Denis wasn’t stellar. He kept trying to get us to park in the public parking instead of the hotel parking. Hotel parking has an awful entry system for foreigners who may not have Austrian phone access. Hotel is outdated with just the bare minimum provided - one pillow, side lamps glued to side tables etc. Wouldn’t stay here again.

What I like most about the hotel is how friendly and helpful the staff. But it is very noisy. It is impossible to sleep at night. Also the mattress is very old and terrible

Avoid ! In a narrow street with many outdoor bars. Very noisy, hard to sleep in summer when you need to have window open because of the heat. Constant smell of cigarettes in the room because of the bars below. Ratty furnishings. Could be cleaner and in better repair. Also multiple items in the room in need of repair.

Some of the staff were nice, the others rude. Facilities were not as advertised on Expedia. No laundry, spa in a sister hotel. The room was insanely hot, dehydrating, even when cool outside, and the hotel played loud music at night. It was impossible to manage the heat/noise situation. 30 euros required spot fee in arrival that was a surprise and not known before booking.

They have a convenient ski room where we were able to store our bikes.

This was an amazing property and the spa was very relaxing after a day of exploring the town! Highly recommend!

The hotel is centrally located in town so you can walk anywhere. The rooms, including shower, are large and roomy. They also have a mini-fridge. There is insufficient parking for everyone so you need to call ahead to be allocated a space. We didn't know this so they had us park across the street-- it was a little annoying but they gave us a discounted rate so it worked out in the end.

The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good and there were a lot of choices to pick from. Enjoyed having options for coffee too.

Excellent in every aspect except there is no air conditioning!

Our room had no fridge, our safe was not working. All other rooms have fridges. The restaurant, owned by the hotel does no room service! We will not come back

We had a very pleasant stay at this nice and comfortable hotel. We would like to come back here next time we visit Zell am See.

Awesome staff, free upgrade to suite

Awesome place! Loved the central location, great spa and brekkie. A little loud above the bar, but all in a great stay!

Amazing hotel and they gave us a free upgrade. Our stay came with the summer card which allowed us to use lots of attractions free of charge.

Nice stay in the centre of Zell am See, only a short walk to the cable cars if you want to take in the views from up high or to lake Zell if you want a lake side stroll or a swim. Quaint Austrian old town centre with plenty of restaurants, bars & cafes to chose from.

Very good location. Helpful staff at reception. Tasty and plenty breakfast buffet though slow in replenishing. Comfortable and pleasing surroundings, large bedrooms. Disappointing room cleaning, they left used cups, no tidying. Hotel was nice enough to make up for our complaints with a discount on checkout
