Very nice hot spring

Excellent Spa facilities and late night ramen is the best.

We really enjoyed the public bath at this hotel.

Stayed one night. Hotel located approximately 4 blocks from the Kitami train station therefore close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel has hot spring but didn't use the facility. Room was clean and comfortable. You can purchase breakfast in the morning. They also have dinner available in the evening. I think first 30 were free meals but didn't arrive in time for that. They also have free soba from 9:30pm to 11. Staff at front desk knew some english.

Room is stuffy and hot.

Almost perfect place to stay for a couple of days in Kitami. Breakfast was good but not amazing unlike my stays at Dormy inn at Wakkanai and Akita. Onsen is smallish.

Nice hotel for one night stay. Convenient location. Breakfast was very good for those who love sushi and sashimi.

The hotel is located in a convenient location within walking distance to Kitami RR station and bus terminal. It is in the middle of the downtown Kitami city. The hot spa is nice, like other Dormy inns. Also, like other Dormy inn hotels, the rooms are like home's for eldery people, so that makes me feel a bit sad.

Dormy Inn is like the Starbucks or business hotels - consistent. Luckily it's consistently great with kind staff and cost rooms

It's a good hotel for two or more to stay. It has hot springs which only hotel users can use.

Was just an overnight stop, hence could not comment on neighbourhood, etc. But hotel was pleasant, nice and comfortable though a bit small and onsen was good.

This is a no frill business hotel, kind of dated. Room is comfortable, but the sink is tiny and full of stains, rare to see this condition in Japan. Breakfast is sufficient with mostly Japanese dishes, the small space gets very crowded around 8-9am. Ok for staying a night as a base to visit far off attractions.

Good location and satisfactory service. The room is clean and tidy, parking fee is very reasonable

Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. With onsen, it's worth the price.

夜中そば美味しかったです

サウナは気持ち良いですが すこーし熱いです。もう少し温度緩めても良いかも。 朝食にスクランブルエッグがあると嬉しい(個人的な好み)
