The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. The bathroom itself was fine, but the amenities were disappointing. Although they were technically new and unopened, they looked as if they had been handled by many people before. It seemed the cleaner hadn’t replaced them in a long time, which gave the hotel a cheap impression. The kitchen closed at 10:00 pm, and when I arrived at 10:15 pm, there was no option to eat at the hotel. Instead, the staff suggested I download a delivery app and order food myself. In Spain, where late dining is common, this was quite surprising and inconvenient.

It's a nice hotel, in a large shopping mall/commercial area, a bit outside the main city centre, but easy to get to (by car), large underground parking. Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Good value for money.

Nice clean hotel. Located next door to large shopping center, but away from A Coruña,s center. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was typical of large chain hotels. Breakfast was below average.

Hotel was very modern, had wonderful breakfast. Close and convenient to major highway. Huge shopping mall next door. We did have one issue with WiFi and we were changed to another room. Highly recommend

The hotel is ok, the rooms have a very good size. There was no tea pot or a coffee maker and for a 4 stars hotel I would expect for it.

Nice, clean spacious room. Weird layout where the desk area looks directly into the bathroom, and the shower/bath is a little difficult to get in and out of without any hand rails. Excellent service, easy free parking and great proximity to the main shopping mall / Ikea

Comfortable and short stay, would recommend as business hotel.

This is nice hotel with a small gym and good breakfast but the location is quite a way from the main area of Coruña and it is located in a commercial development right next to Ikea and large industrial shops. No views! Staff friendly and helpful.
