Achille was most charming and helpful.

What a lovely place. Not in the centre of a town but a great place to stay and explore the region. It was only 90 minutes from the airport. It is so clean, a lift , modern interior and greeted by such a friendly young girl. Can recommend this hotel.

Nice and Fiendly

Whilst the hotel was been renovated, we enjoyed our entire stay that included a morning breakfast each day. The staff were especially friendly and went out of their way to assist. Claudia & Daniel made it easier to converse since they both spoke English.

The hosts and staff were terrific, kind, polite and friendly and understood that the ultimate goal is the customer experience. While the hotel is a bit dated so are most hotels in the area. Rooms were clean and maintained albeit the shower in our room was too small and tight. Breakfast was average but everything and every day was always fresh...and the coffee was great!

I would have given the hotel 5 stars except the air conditioning system doesn't work worth a darn. Although the units operate they are not capable of getting the room cool. Granted my room faced the rising sun but it shouldn't have been so hot in the room that it woke me up. The management seemed to think that just because the unit was running it was all ok.

We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the hotel. This is a basic hotel, but is done very well. Updated rooms and everything worked well. I especially liked the separate heater in the bathroom (we were there in the winter). Lovely breakfast.

We were very pleased with our choice. The Sant'Elia Hotel is well located not far from the highway which made it easy to commute to neighboring towns like Cassino, Atina, Sora, etc... The staff was great, always pleasant and willing to help. The room was comfortable and probably as good as you'll find in this area. The restaurant was quite good too and served tasty meals at a very good price. Our complements to Chef Carla and our server, Dillon. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very good rate in a quiet hotel outside Cassino. Ideal for a couple of days to see the Abbey and eg. Atina. Excellent staff. (A/C struggled in our room, but was acceptable.

It's in a very good location for visiting Lucca, just inside the walls of the city. No free parking (you'll have to move your car) or breakfast, but the room and bathrooms (shared) were very clean. A good price, and an inexpensive kebab place a few doors away.
