The room was ok but the pool was dirty, being a town with hot weather the pool is always beed it but it had green stuff on the bottom meaning they didn’t cleaned properly

I reserved a room with a boukny and top floor and an ocean view i got a room facing a rooftop and a building . And the first floor. This is not the first time everytime i reserve on the app when i get here and they see im not from here they always give me a low grade room,But when i come with my mexican daughter and pay full overprice price then they always have a ocean view on any floor.

Excellent hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at hostal de cortes. Location was great with easy access to the beach, centro, aquarium, malecon. Lots of places to eat with varying price range, but something everyone's budget. Our room had a balcony but we didn't really use it as it's not very private. Check in was easy, staff friendly. Mini fridge in the room would have been great as we had to go downstairs everyday to get ice. We chose the breakfast included option and it was always tasty breakfast and they gave good service in the restaurant. Nice hot showers with good water pressure. Overall would recommend for a trip to puerto veracruz.

Hotel was very clean. Excellent service and close to beach and attractions. Valet parking was very convenient due to parking limitations on street. Towels were a little worn out and need replacement.

Limpiesa,en mi estancia no fue nada agradable,ver pelo en el vaño y mal service en mantenimiento,se lo dije a persona, de resepcion,porque uno tiene que andar con el control de la tv. Y llevarlo al frente,orible services.

The price was fair, location was good but at night you needed to stay on the main road or by the beach. We stayed here in 2019 and it was much better. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel was clean the staff were nice. Though, when we wanted to check-out and asked for our car, they had lost the keys. My dad spent 30 minutes searching for it among all the other guest’s keys. We had a plane to catch that morning so having this situation happen right as we had to leave was a bit stressful. I understand it was during peak holiday season, but they could have been more organized. It could have been a big problem because the car was a rental and we could have had another bill. I would suggest asking for the key as soon as they park it. That way there are no issues.

Cleaning is the best the only problem is the breakfast is not included because there prices ar not low for not including that

I liked that it was near the aquarium and near the beach. I didn’t like that we had leave so soon, great service and amenities, walking distance to key areas in Veracruz.

The hotel staff was really friendly. Some spoke English as well as Spanish.
