An excellent place to relax and to get more energy and enjoy Cuernavaca

The pool and hot tub are meticulously maintained and beautiful. The electricity went out a few times at night due to thunderstorms, but the WiFi router was reinstated either by the time we woke up or was done within a few minutes of making a call to the front desk. The staff is lovely and courteous and some of them spoke good English, so no worries with communication at Hotel Rio 1300. I liked it so much, I am going back to stay in the same hotel in 3 months.

Baños necesitan remodelación. Se sale el agua e inundan pisos cuando se usa regadera. Agua es escasa. Limpieza de cuarto y baño es mediocre. Pisos sucios.

We always choose to stay at this property while in Cuernavaca. It's in a convenient location, and the staff is always more than accommodating. The valets especially go above and beyond, in our opinion.

Nice hotel in beatiful neighborhood

El personal excelente. Las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno muy rico. Para mejorar: Poner enchufes suficientes, iluminación en baño poner luz blanca, no hay forma de ver bien para maquillarme, falta luz para lectura en las camas, falta luz en el espejo de la habitación y poder apagar la luz desde el buró y no solamente desde el lado donde está el closet. Se sale toda el agua de la regadera por la pared tan corta en la tina. En el desayuno pedí un plato de frutas y pedí plátano, me dijero que no había y al llegar mi cuñado pidió tazón de frutas y él si le dieron plátano. Pedí jugo verde y me dieron el chico pero a mi cuñado le trajeron el grande. ¿porqué esas diferencias y la falta de atención conmigo? Me molestó bastante. También ofrecieron pan dulce y le ofrecieron primero a él y mi me dejó al final. ¿no deben ser primero las damas por cortesía. Seguramente mi cuñado deja propinas muy buenas pero fue muy desagradable.

I always stay here when i come to my town. They have safe taxi drivers that pick me up and i can also get food delivered when i call the front desk. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly.

No barrieron el cuarto, el aire acondicionado hacía ruido, no funcionaba el servibar, el colchón estaba desgastando de un lado, las almohadas malisimas.

It’s fine but they need to keep up with maintenance with the rooms. My room had issues with shower and lights in the bathroom

We would definitely stay there again, although some details need more attention. Not enough outlets to plug your devices. TV was complicated to use and ended up not working. No menu for room service in the room. A chair but no table to work or read. Details that are important. Restaurant is good although a bit slow. Rooms are big and comfortable. No noise! That’s a plus. Good air conditioning.
