I stayed at Hotel Regency Suites La Feria with a friend for our first 2 nights in Columbia. The hotel is in a really quiet area in the North of Bogota which was nice. The rooms are really spacious with both a sofa section and a kitchen as well. The staff was amazing and would do anything for you to help with any questions or issues you had. Also the breakfast was way above our expectations.for the price we paid. Just be prepared that the hotel is a bit out of town so took us 45 minutes to walk into the centre. However as we are both walkers we didn't mind too much. In the evening there is quite a few restaurants in the area so we picked one called Imagine at the bottom of the Black Tower Hotel, which was really great and only 4 minutes walk from the hotel. One last thing the walls in this hotel are not thick - so you do hear it if any other guests are making noise during the night, where we were a bit unlucky but otherwise beds are really comfortable and we had a nice sleep.

The service al the lobby was oustanding! The room have faciliies as refrigerator, stove washer. My check in was on 10:00 pm for flight delay. I wish to have al least water in the refrigerator and some snacks to eat. The clothes washer supplies for the first cleaning was not available. The bed was orthopedic and a lot of noise from outside. The floor rugs was very dirty, needs replacement.

Good, friendly people, professionalism, and good instalations

What I thought I booked was not what I got when I arrived. The amenities I was looking for were in another property and the room floor had stains. I ended up going to another place to stay. Very disappointed, still was charged 4 days stay out of 22 for only staying one night and paid extra for fiancé for 1 night also.

Great service from the staff. The terrace was beautiful and very large.
