The front counter staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Marie(the manager) and Jose were the two we dealt with most, and they were great. The rest of the staff including Orlean (spelled wrong i'm sure) were very professional. The lobby and breakfast areas are very nicely done and Marie has a green thumb, they plants are beautiful. We did have a few minor issues, the cleaning staff did a nice job, but were very noisy in the morning and we had a couple of times the towels were not replaced correctly(face towels instead of bath towels). The only other issue was the door closures are VERY loud, if you open the door to your room and just let close you will wake ever room on the hall. Some of our neighbors would leave and come in at all hours and just let the doors slam.Some sort of padding or gasket would really make a difference.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were cozy. The area is safe quiet, and near public transportation.

Very cosy hotel located in the heart of the 14th district. Rooms are small but normal for Paris. Day staff are more than welcome to help you.

I love it really nice, clean and really nice people

This was the perfect stay for us. A sweet little neighborhood in the 14th Arrondissement. Near the Porte d'Orleans convenient transit hub (and near our cousin). But the concierges and other staff were the highlight. They were very helpful in every way. They spoke English yet listened to my crummy French with patience and encouragement. Absolutely lovely people. A cute clean smart hotel. I would love to return some day. Wisdh I could give 10 stars.

Slightly out of the way but staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and more than adequate. Bus service around the corner was great, ask for map at reception they were great.

Really nice stay - had a family room (1 large room, total of 3 beds). Bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable, room was quiet and spacious. Nice closet space and great for our multi-day trip with kids. Staff was very kind and helpful. We didn't get breakfast, and used the fridge to store groceries we got nearby. Couple of great bakeries in walking distance and supermarket next door. We were on the top floor and did fine with the tiny elevator.

A bit of a dodgy area but very clean and nice looking and straight 15 mins on metro into St Michel. Noisy air con but would recommend.

Beautiful gem in southern Paris. Bus to downtown is right around the corner. Staff super helpful!
