As usual, during the last years, service, location, rooms, people are just amazing.

The room was fantastic. Very clean and beautiful.

We had a great stay here. Traditional Alpine 'House' Rooms a good size and with a balcony. Food too was very good, both evening and breakfast. Located in a small quiet village but not far from the main road, so not isolated. EV car charger too, so I was happy

I picked this hotel knowing it was not in the center as I wanted air conditioning and a separate room for my child (suite). We learned and the walls are not sound proof (as both were mentioned in the information section on Expedia). The hotels positive is the wait staff was acclimating and friendly. The breakfast was good, and it was as near the walking/biking trail to the old section of town which was quiet and nice). If it had air conditioning I would have given it a solid four stars, but as the day time temperature got to around 90 F it got a stuffy by late afternoon.

I have been at the Loewenhof every year once or twice, since 1993 (for 30 years). Have seen the upgrades, improvements in the physical installation, modernization of the rooms and services (pool, massage facilities) and dining. This time was my first time at the Loewenhof after the COVID19 issues. Personnel has changed, even the chef. The food quality has decreased. They used to have the best pizza in the area, but this time, it s different, lower quality. And the personnel is also new. Just checking in, I asked for 2 more days of staying, leaving the 3rd of December versus 1st of December. It was confirmed by the reception. But on the 1st of December, it appeared as not submitted and I was locked out. So, I had to extend the stay on the 1st, but after a while I got it at a completely different price (higher) and no excuses. And breakfast has old breads, hard breads versus our experience was to get fresh bread from the day: soft and even warm. After 30 years always using this hotel, I'm evaluating other options for my next trip in Spring'24. We were feeling like at home during 29 years, but this time it was different.

Great hotel. We stayed in apartment section across the road from main hotel, nice and spacious, but location wise main hotel is much better (lots of traffic on road between).

Excellent experience with the Hotel, always prompt to help. Even arriving one day before the reservation, we were able to get the best room. Personnel always helping, great installations, cleanliness and good food. The location of the Hotel allowed us to spent 10 days travelling short milleages to the Dolomites, or to the cities (Bozen, Meran), or to Austria (Salzburg, Lienz) and to return to the hotel at the evening. I strongly recommend this hotel for everybody who is willing to spend a good vacation travelling in Tirol or even farther. And the breakfast is simple, very typical from the area (Speck, Roggenbrote). For Lunch or Dinner, also excellent quality and selection. And on wines, broad selection of local wines.

Nice seating area outside. Great food at the restaurant. Very helpful staff. A little dated in the room but comfortable. I would stay here again.

Having booked 6 other hotels for our holiday in my name i just booked 1 double room only to find out I was to be charged 200 euros extra for 3 days as they had accounted for 1 person. Be aware that you need to fill in 2 persons staying to get an accurate overall payment of the accommodation. It was a bit of a shock when my bill was doubled from that on the internet site.

It has been excellent. Best treatment, best support and help, friendly and very good breakfast and dinner. I strongly recommend the hotel to everybody who gas to stay in the Pustertal. Best ratio cost/benefit.

Superschöne Zimmer, mit Stil eingerichtet, ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal, der schöne Wellness-Bereich wird im Sommer sogar neu umgebaut, Parkplatz nah und genügend gross. Restaurant serviert gute und preiswerte Gerichte (auch genügend grosse Portionen) - kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Es war einfach perfekt! Das Zimmer war wunderschön (ich empfehle definitiv das Zimmer mit eigener Sauna), die Angestellten immer freundlich und das Essen war sowohl zum Frühstück als auch abends hervorragend. Aktuell gibt es einige Bauarbeiten im Hotel, aber die haben uns nie gestört und das Hotel wird dadurch für zukünftige Gäste nur noch schöner. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La estancia estuvo bien , pero nada que ver con las fotos que se muestran , esperábamos un hotel diferente , moderno , quizás tienen otro edificio que no nos tocó ver , también el personal puede ser más amable !
