Good location, close to restaurant, bus stop, and good price

Strategic location, although the hotel is a bit quiet around, but in the parallel complex there is mcd, sevel, circle ke which can be visited on foot. The hotel is quite new and very clean, some staff cannot speak English. For breakfast at the restaurant, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly. Worth it to stay.

This is your usual decent hotel. The room is clean and spacious, and the staff is OK. However, a friend's room key did not work, and the staff did not fix it despite calling housekeeping. Otherwise, it is a decent and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was okay. It's close to a seven-eleven outlet.

The bed is very soft, but some rooms have a musty smell. The staff changed the room for me.

Good hotel and location I stay in this hotel every time I travel in Macau.

The problem we had while checking in was the app fault that the hotel did not receive the booking. Gladly there's front office that was very helpful through this problem, kudos to Miss Puji, and she's Indonesian so we had no problem at all communicating with her. The hotel itself might seem a bit too far from any facilities, but if you look at the street behind the building, you can find cafes, convenience stores & anything you need. It's also a walking distance to Nova Mall if you need some grocery or nice restaurants. It required a bit walk to the bus stop also, but the pedestrian is flat & accessible to anyone. The hotel is nice with classic luxury vibe, room size is fair & generally clean. The air conditioning are working well & the temperature is just right even we were in summer heat. We don't try much facilities that hotel has to offer, but the 4 times a day free shuttle to the ferry harbor and airport surely a plus and helps a lot for your travel. Please consider this hotel if you're exploring Taipa area or southside of Macau.

Good location, friendly staffs and decent room. There are some finger food and 24 hrs supermarket nearby hotel.

The hotel is good near the grand dragon hotel. So if you stay here there is actually a shuttle bus from the hotel but only 2 pickups a day. So it's better to join the grand dragon bus shuttlel.

We had an awesome stay at Grandview. Room was spacious, sparkly clean and comfy. Will come back for sure.

This hotel is perfect for family holiday. The Hotel location is near a lot of food store (walk around 5 min, you'll get subway). Lastly, the casino also good enough (take your lucky here !!)

Mineral water on the table in the room is not free. The free mineral water is inside the drawer. So you have to pay if you drink it, and you have to pay the tax as well.

Hotel is long, less maintenance, the smell of cigarettes is still attached, heating does not work
