Clean rooms okay. Friendly receptionist. The downtown area of the hotel is rather spooky. Lots of homeless. Near to the city hall can walk. Close to Pho restaurant. There are Indonesian restaurants too. The elevator is old but it's still working.

The hotel is clean and the service is okay and very friendly. In the lobby tea and coffee are provided. The rooms are big enough for San Francisco standards, but since they can face the street, at night it's sometimes noisy. The location of the hotel itself is about 15 minutes walk to Market Street which has many shops and shopping malls.
