Great and helpful staff. I needed a late checkout and they were able to accommodate me. Breakfast was very good and relaxed. It did exactly what I needed.

Free parking was a great perk. The single member of staff we came into contact with seemed to resent having to leave his mates in the bar to check us in. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Tea and coffee were provided with the kettle. The room and the bathroom were both quite poorly lit which made getting ready a bit difficult. The room was right at the top of the stairs, the walls are thin and we were woken throughout the night by doors slamming and people coming and going. Light from the hallway leaked under and around the door. There was a fan provided in the room which was great.

Good hotel for budget needs some updating

I booked thos last minute and on arrival i was greeted by a male who had no customer service skills at all. The hotel appeared empty. I paid then upon doing so a group of males wondered in askingbtge man questions about their "flat" he completely ignored me. I asked if these men wre living in the hotel hevsaif yes. They were black males with accents that sounded nigerian. I was shocked it was an asylum hotel I think... staff refused refund even when hotels.com called beware not a hotel...

Cheap and cheerful, staff friendly, needs an update and looks like refurbishment on going, which it needs. Food simple but adequate.

The rooms are basic but comfortable, Breakfast could have been better, staff were lovely, nd WiFi and on-site parking are included.

It’s not really comfortable specially now it’s summer no aircon in the room uncomfortable to have a proper rest and sleep no fridge, to cool your drinks sorry I should book in 5 star I don’t realise it’s only 3 star the hotel

As always was awesome staff awesome food good the rooms are clean abd they offer jugs of water on a extremely hot day i love coning here

Booked a superior room. Smelt of damp and mould Staff we're great. Bed was clean, but other than that, needs somr attention

Staff were amazing, room was great and overall stay was good. Only downfall i had was the room was way to hot. The little fan provided was just blowing hot air around. Air conditioning would be a good investment especially during summer. I would have booked another night but the room temperature has put me off booking again.

Staff were very kind efficient and helpful. You can't fault them. Some furnishings had seen better days but in all can't complain

Friendly staff and nice front of house. Bedrooms need some tlc due to odour and plumbing issues.

Easy check-in and good wifi. Room looked a bit tired and the floor could have been cleaner. Taps in bathroom were sticking.
