This review is not indicative of the original hotel I booked as upon arrival a note on the door stated that guests booked for that evening had to walk 500m down the road to another hotel! The good news is the new hotel was great,nice friendly lady on reception plus the view from our room was very pleasant.

The property was a little bit dated, but was immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay there again. Great value for money

We liked the close proximity to the gondola. The breakfast was basic but fine. The reception staff were extremely helpful.

Simple hotel , decent breakfast , great rate , unpretentious . Friendly staff , you can leave your luggages there and go skiing for the day . Close to supermarket , pubs , skiing funicular .

This is a very clean hotel with helpful staff who try to be very accommodating.

Tried calling several times,about 630 pm because thought may e late due to traffic. When finally got through was hung up on, then no answers to phone agsin. Hotel completely dark when got there at 7 not even a sign lit so we missed it a couple times. Expedia did get us a refund as we had to find another hotel.

If you’re spending the day on the slopes and just looking for a cheap clean room, hot water and ok bed to sleep at night, very close to the gondola, then this is perfect. I stayed with my 12 year old son but it’s not for a romantic break. Beds have a waterproof sheet on them. WiFi in room (2nd floor) is excellent. Hotel is kept clean but over use of cleaning products leaving a nasty smell at the entrance, stairway and corridors. Less smell in room. Staff are lovely and friendly and go the extra mile for you. Even providing a picnic on the last day when they realised our early bus would mean we missed breakfast. They also rang the bus company to check our pick up point. Thank you :-) Breakfast was fine (all cold) with plenty of choice. The black plastic table covers look awful and ruin the look of the whole room, which would be nice otherwise. We would stay here again or at their sister hotel, Comopedrosa.

Fairly close to the lift (5 mns walk), this is a simple hotel with small rooms and reasonably clean. The river is right next to it though and despite good double glazed windows it is fairly noisy, at least for light sleepers. Staff is very friendly, breakfast saved by good croissants.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Arinsal. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. .The continental breakfast had plenty of choice with fresh fruit included. The hotel is very clean in all areas. We will definitely stay here again

Very nice and comfortable stay. The room was a decent size for a single person, but it was the shower which I thought was a bit too small and difficult to have a comfortable shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Arinsal was closed and hard to be found. Once we arrived we found a sign that we were expected in another hotel 200 meters away (Comapedrosa). Room was very small and no internet (that's ok as it was stated in conditions). Great breakfast

Great for the ski lift. No frills but service is excellent, room was cleaned and bed made everyday and the small tapas bar underneath is excellent.

Rooms basic accommodation. Cleaned everyday. Restaurant and bar area recently refurbished serving delicious food. Close to gondola for ski season and right in the centre of town for apres - ski. Have stayed here a couple of times. Would stay again.

Hotel was closed and without staff. Waited outside in the rain until guests left the hotel, it was only at that point was I able to gain access because the main entrance was code locked. When inside I found that the check-in desk and lounge were closed off and a sign indicated that for attention one should "Phone (00376) 651892". At that time there were several guests sitting on stairway steps trying to achieve WiFi connections as the lounge was inaccessible. There were no comfortable chairs to sit on in the rooms. When I interviewed guests they stated that the status quo had been present for several days!

Great Shower and wifi in my room which had a little balcony. Basic but clean. I stayed on the river side which has a constant river noise which i found quite relaxing but others may not. Friendly Staff. Great location 150m from Gondola.

I have stayed at hotel Arinsal twice now and both times have enjoyed my stay. Yes it's basic, but what more do you need. It is excellent value for money and very close to other bars and the gondola. The rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. For the money, you can't beat it!

Hôtel simple Un peu vieux mais pour deux ou trois nuits c’était très bien Le personnel es très bien. A l’écoute . Cetais propre.

Rapport prix/prestations intéressant. Torrent très proche de l'hôtel donc bruit important mais l'hôtel dispose d'une excellente isolation phonique. Grand parking gratuit à 200 /300 m.

Room was too hot, heating was full on. Nice breakfast, nice pillows
