From residue of AC. Invoiced twice, still awaiting refund in my bank 3 days later (although is weekend)

It is the pefect place in Búzios if you want to relax and be close to the action at the same place. I would also say that the hotel is even better for those without kids. Special pension for the staff that goes the whole mile to make you feel well

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was very nice. On the downside, the facilities could use some help - Both of the swimming pools had leaves and debris in them, and the fountains and stream in the courtyards were dry which reduced their desireability. but this is a nice hotel, run by nice people. It is very scenic. I would definitiely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in front of the beach. Walking distance to Rua das Pedras. Water taxi in front of the hotel. The hotel is super clean and the staff ia very friendly. The food by the restaurant pool is very good.

We enjoyed this pousada. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the services very good. The decoration both internally and externally was also very good and fresh. Located right on the beach of Praia Ossis with boat taxis to other beaches, and near to a pleasant square with cafes and restaurants. Overall very satisfied.

would have been much better, but they did not reserve the correct room that we paid for and gave us an inferior, cheaper room. THey fixed it the next day, but a big hassle. They did the same thing to another guest and because he complained louder, they gave him the best room in the Pousada - their service is not good.

Não arrumam o quarto todos os dias, apenas a cada 2 dias. Péssimo isso! Funcionários ficam conversando ao invés de trabalhar. Má vontade em atender.

A pousada fica muito bem localizada na praia dos ossos, a piscina e o restaurante que ficam de frente para a praia. Os quartos são espaçosos e os atendentes muito simpáticos.

La posada estaba muy bonita, jardines bien cuidados, habitación mal distribuida, con una pieza pequeña para 3 personas y pieza muy grande para 1.Desayuno aceptable , agua caliente para té con pésimo sabor.,personal que lo atiende no es agradable.El tema del aseo no fue de lo mejor,ya que lo hacen cada 2 días y las toallas colgadas tomaban mal olor.El día de nuestro check , tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro traslado a Rio y Vanessa fue muy gentil con nosotros, creo que fue lo mejor de nuestra estadía.En general diría que fue todo normal, nada espectacular y que no volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Pousada muito bem localizada, em frente à praia e com vários restaurantes próximos a pé. Quarto maravilhoso com cama muito confortável e excelentes travesseiros e roupa de cama. Banheiro grande e com ótimo chuveiro.
