New hotel. Staffs are not used to the hotel.

Small room, but well layed out, nice and comfortable.

レンタカーを借りる予定だったのでホテル備え付けの駐車場を利用できるか事前に確認したところ、予約等は必要ないと言われたが、当日のチェックイン時に駐車場はすでに空いていないと言われた。 別の駐車場を用意してくれるということもなく、費用の建て替えなどもないと言われた。 正直に行って残念という感想。 室内清掃についても、環境のためと理由をつけて2日に一度しか行っていない。 正直もう利用することはないと思う。

Staff was friendly, bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was dated, couch and duvet cover were stained.

Great location, convenient for monorail and kokusaidori. Layout of room was good with plenty of power points. Only downside was no safe in the room. In the hotel information it stated valuables could be kept at reception, however when i asked they didn't seem to understand what to do. Eventually a member of staff produced an envelope for me to put my valuables in! Needless to say, i didn't take them up on this.

The location is great! Within walking distance to the monorail station and kokusai dori. There are many food places around the hotel too! The room is on the small side but is usual for most Japanese hotels. However, the WiFi is a little choppy sometimes.

Location of hotel is superb - close to the monorail station and Kokusai shopping street, and opposite a Family Mart store with seating capacity. Room was clean but compact as with Jap hotels. Pillow though was a bit hard for me. Reception staff were polite. They kept to the check-in of 3pm but allowed me to put my bags with them when I arrived early. Overall, I enjoyed my 3 nights there.

Staff made me feel very comfortable, willing to work with me though I spoke little Japanese. They would have someone on staff who spoke English

Bedsheets were not perfectly clean: this is the only negative point I can recall. The breakfast was great as well as the overall restaurant. The local of the hotel is perfect and the staff very friendly.

The wifi connection in the room is very poor. Although the staff was very nice and willing to help, the problem did not solve at all.

The location is good and easy to find. There are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel.

The front desk staff were super helpful. They went out of the way to help. The best I have seen in my extensive travel. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast buffet had so many delicious and healthy varieties and was just super. The location was convenient and good. Short walk to the kokusai dori and monorail station and to tour buses.
