Polite and very helpful reception desk and staff. Super clean. Quiet room. Central location with an entrance that opens on the charming canal leading to Haramayabashi. Quaint street cars just outside. Great buffet breakfast with all kinds of choices. Close to shopping streets, cafes, bars and restaurants.I will absolutely stay here again.

Just a 1 night stay but found it to be a great hotel. Close enough to walk to the centre and the castle. Clean, good facilities and car parking available

Location was great. Within walking distance to shopping and lots of dining options. Parking really convenient and reasonably priced. Staff were excellent.

Good location for shopping, and sightseeing, 30 minutes to the airport, but check-out time is 1000am. Not so convenient for tourists but businessman

This hotel is at the crossroads of main streets with tram and bus services. only 8-10 by walk from the Kochi Railway station. The hotel breakfast is very good with both western and Japanese breakfast foods.

＊飲食店やお土産を買えるお店が、徒歩圏にたくさんあって便利でした。 ＊繁華街ではないので、夜、外で酔客が騒がしいということもなく静かに過ごせました。 ＊フロント近くにコーヒーのサービスコーナーがありましたが、チェックインの際、説明がなかったので利用するのは躊躇われました。 ＊室内はプランの割には狭さを感じさせない作りでした。 シャワーカーテンにカビが付いていましたが、清掃は行き届いていました。 ＊洗面台にドライヤーのコンセントが無いのが少し不便でした。 ＊朝食は自分で削って食べる鰹節が楽しくて美味しかったです。

Small room, but clean. Wish they provide drip coffee packages. Deep bath and good shower were perfect to relax after walking around the area.

Great location (along the shopping arcade, next to a tiny, famous bridge) - the parking is right next to the hotel (in a car elevator, so it may take a few minutes for your car to get out). Good wifi. Clean, standard (meaning small) Japanese hotel rooms. I didn't try the breaktast (1100 Yen), because the Sunday market and Hirome Market are a few blocks away and amazing. There's a Lawson's attached to the lobby for any snacks you may need

部屋は、狭く無く快適でした。 場所もはりまや橋で利便性が高いです。 朝食バイキングは、和食の充実振りに比べ洋食が劣るように思います。

チェックインした時のフロントの方に、翌朝の駐車場延長の相談をしたら、「追加料金があるので、チェックアウトまでに知らせて」と言われ、夜部屋から電話したら同じ人の声で「10時以降15時まで300円」と言われ、最後にチェックアウトの時に違う方に「12時まではサービスします」と言われた。観光で来ている者には翌日の計画を立てるのに影響するので、どなたからも同じ返答が返ってきて欲しい。ちなみにチェックイン時にフリーコーヒーの案内がなかったので知らなくて残念だった。

立地場所の利便性が良く、見る・食べる・買う等、観光に最適だと思います。ホテル内も清潔に保たれていました。

The location was perfect, easy to access to Hirome market and Kochi castle. I will definately use again.
