Other than a few humidity stains on a few areas of the walls and ceiling and the shampoo not smelling great the hotel was awesome, staff extremely helpful and the location is amazing! The staff even got the breakfast out a bit early since they knew we were leaving early. Walkable to toms of shopping and dining options.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected, they were kind enough to allow us to check in early. The breakfast was great and the location was convenient with two coffee shops just feet from the front door.

Terrible experience and paid top $$$. As last review the hotel was awful. Upon checking in i was given the wrong room with 2 single beds. Rooms are very very small. First room the bathroom was putrid. Toilet washer still had left over pieces of scat and pubic hair from previews occupants. After complaint i was changed rooms. Second room was no better. Numbers missing of the room doors - exposed power cables under the TV - Bathroom fan sounded like a lawn mower - sink vanity falling away from the wall. After one night i devoloped a rash on my arm that i had to go to the doctor about. I can go on for ever. Was advertised on wotif it has 24 hour room service and mini bar. It has neither. So bad i left after the first night to stay in a hotel that is actually cleaned for a cheaper price. This hotel charged me for 5 nights stay when i only stayed 1 night. This is not how you want to start your vacation.

Some small details in the hotel, Front door was always locked, no Iron in the room and no whater kettle. Only sweet things for breakfast, no fruits. How ever all the staff was extremley friendly and caring, specially the lady in the breakfast!!! The staff made the stay really pleasant

My daughter helped me choose this hotel because of its location near the "yarn district" in Buenos Aires. I couldn't have been happier! I was greeted at the door, helped to my room, and offered assistance with the air conditioner and the television. The bed was large and cushy with numerous pillows with different levels of softness. There was a large whirlpool \shower with great water pressure. After a wonderful shower the desk clerk walked me outside and gave me shopping directions for numerous yarn stores all within a six block easy walk. The next morning I had a delicious continental breakfast, shopped, and the ladies at the desk called a cab for me. There was a rooftop pool that I didn't even take advantage of due to time!

The receptionists were very friendly and spoke English. Out of the 3 hotels I stayed in while in BA, this was my least favorite. There were hairs on the pillowcases and construction outside that kept me up three nights in a row. When I complained about the noise, they didn't offer to switch my room or compensate in any way.

... beware of the pictures. Years ago may have been a decent place to stay, but currently this hotel is at best an OKish bed & breakfast. It is not a boutique hotel and should not be marketed as such. However, I will focus on factual observations during my stay: - walls are dirty and have not been repainted; - swimming pool does not have any water and rooftop terrace is abandoned; - gym facilities have not been maintained; - towels and sheets are heavily used (the fabric is tearing apart); - key cards fall apart within the day (the plastic foil with the magnetic band detaches within the day); - limited staff resulting in an appalling customer experience: had to wait 30' in the rain to be opened the hotel door at daytime, rooms are done quite late in the day, bar not operational (product/staff) - hotel lacks bottled water (just to give an example). coffee at breakfast is terrible; - iron is old and hardly works - humidity in the toilet - lack of staff to operate the hotel: however staff is very nice All in all owner is not willing to devote any resources to the upkeeping of the hotel and its operations, while maintaining high rates based on old nice pictures. Definitively avoid - it is a scam!

Our experience of the hotel got off to a bad start due to the unfriendly staff member on duty. He was not helpful and only responded to our requests with a minimal effort. The breakfast was absolutely dreadful. There were too many sweet items. The cakes were stale and sickly. The bread for toast and the jams were the lowest quality. The coffee was also very bad. The breakfast was so bad we did not take it again after the first morning. The bathroom had a basin that was difficult to use. The basin was too shallow and the tap which meant that you had to move side on to use it. The cupboards in the room had paint chips on them, making us feel as though we were staying in a hotel that needed some maintenance. There were no tissues provided in the bathroom either. The stair lights did not come on and so it was dangerous going to the roof top pool. The roof top pool did not have sufficient lighting at night time, I tripped on the outdoor stairs around the pool because of this.

Staff goes out of their way to help with your needs. Close to great amenities, gastronomy, decoration stores and fashion boutiques Rooms on the back are very quiet Very comfy bed and pillows thumbs up for cleanliness
