There was no shuttle, and a taxi took me to the wrong hotel. There was no taxi to take me to the Junior Suites, I ended up paying for a room at city express.

Very affordable for 2 people.

Checked in at 1:45amit was a breeze. Were in our room in two minutes.

Hotel is well located and is clean. However we missed some of the amenities that we had enjoyed in other City Express hotel. For example an ironing board and iron, expending machines that sell water bottles, tissues in the bathroom, etc.

I had to stay there since my flight was delayed 1 day. The staff was really friendly, however the main feature that is being close to the airport is lost with the fact that the Shuttle (that is announced in the Hotels.com page) was not available due to a mechanic reparation. Then, the room was really clean and it was just OK in the comfort scale, however the WiFi NEVER WORKED!!! This got me really upset because I needed to contact several people to let them know about my flight situation and I couldn't do it properly because of faulty WiFi. Regarding the location, it was OK since in my situation I needed something close to the Airport, the only thing is that at night there is a "factory" smell that invades the whole neighborhood and well, it took a strong will from me to go to sleep.

I like the property’s efforts to become a more sustainable company. The staff was great and attentive. My favorite part of the stay was the high quality toilet paper that’s really rare to find in Mexico. I suppose it’s becuase of their drainage systems, but at least this toilet paper did not dissolve at the touch. The only issue we had was the design of the shower. The showerhead shoots straight out into the bathroom floor and the curtain isn’t long enough to stop the bathroom from becoming a safety hazard. Your best bet is to lay down a towel and try to block the water with your body. There was a heating unit/ac in the room which was amazing to have since its been chilly. Unfortunately we didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but there is free coffee and tea in the lobby. There is also a vending machine with a variety of items: chips, razors, shampoo, in case you forgot something. Next door you will find an OXXO convenience store for snacks. And about two miles away is a small shopping plaza. I would definitely come back again.

It was a convenient to select a hotel close to the airport, facilities look new but some how not clean, not many options to eat near by after 11pm

Quick and Easy. TV was failing but I was able to fix it by turning the TV off and on.

Would not stay here again! Dirty, worn out and smelly.

An affordable option for those who just need to spend 1night. Rooms are very basic as expected for that price (less than 40 per night) but very clean and comfortable Location is good if you are going to Santa Fe (Mexico DF)
