Staff were absolutely incredible and the location fantastic. The place was so clean and pool was a lot of fun. Only downside there was only one air conditioner and one of the rooms was always so hot as the air con did not reach it.

The staff were exceptional, the room was clean and spacious, and parking was convenient. The kitchen was fine, but we did have to buy a decent frying pan and knife as the ones provided were not great. The bed could have been more comfortable, but it was acceptable. The best thing about the hotel was the excellent location one block off the promenade and a few blocks down from the surf club.

The park for the car was really unsatisfactory. A huge cupboard in front made it difficult to park

A great place to stay - everything is accessible and close to beach and shops. Staff friendly and clean modern facilities. We were offered vouchers to use which helped with the budget. Would visit again!

Great property, close to everything.

Fantastic location with the beach just a short walk away. Staff are friendly. Good safety measures with car in locked area and entry points and lift requiring key/fob access. Apartment was a good size with two bedrooms and two bathrooms

We had a lovely stay with young children. Parking was easy but location is great so don’t need a car. Apartment was safe, quiet and clean and reception friendly.

We loved our stay at Seamark on First. It is really close to the beach, as well as restaurants, cafes and shops. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 4 with 2 small children.

Amazing location to stay. We were lucky enough to have a partial ocean view and it didn’t disappoint. Can hear the ocean from the accommodation. Cafes, restaurants and bars all close by within walking distance.

Great location. Was perfect for our family holiday. Loved having a full size kitchen and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Would stay again for sure

Our trip was beyond exceptional. Everyone that works here was the friendly, helpful and a joy to book with. Our room was massive, modern and super clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our trip. We were less than a minute walk and we were on the beach. A Cole’s shopping center was just around the corner with other shops and bars in very close walking distance too. We got coupons for breakfast at the pavilion and also was exceptional with amazing views of the beach. We cannot wait to book here again.

Perfect for families.

Melinda and Dakota were amazing hosts! They were there to greet us with smiles, information about the area, places to visit and great restaurants for us to try! Each and every restaurant that they recommended were fabulous and even some gave us a 10% discount because we were staying at the Seamark on First. The location was perfect!

Place is in the perfect location, and the staff are the just incredible people! Can’t do enough to help you have a great experience. A great place to stay. Highly recommended!
