Property offered exactly what we needed, enough beds for a family of 5 and close proximity to Termini station for an affordable price.

This property provided an economical night's stay for my brief stopover in Rome. The location is a convenient walk from Termini Station. The staff was friendly, and check in easy. My room was clean and comfortable, and all I had to do was step out the door of the hotel to be on my way exploring Rome. This property provided just what I needed.

Is a Hostal bathroom shared.

Staff was kind and they are there 24/7. They stored our luggage safely. Room was good with air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and fresh towels every morning. Great hotel!

You have to share a bathroom which wasn’t very clear on the advertisement. Fortunately it was clean & there was no other people using it at the time

The location is great, it’s clean, it’s very basic accommodations, but suited our needs.

AC didn’t work. Room was very small. Elevator was even smaller. Sometimes you couldn’t get back in because the manager had gone somewhere and locked the door.

Adequate lodging close to train station. Smallest and most ancient elevator I’ve ever seen- but it worked just fine! I was charmed 😊

Awful beds. A thousand ants as soon as we walked in. Front desk guy didn’t not care and handed us a bottle of cleaner to kill them ourselves.

They said they had transportation to airport,when we asked about it they said they don’t do that anymore

This must be the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. The room was cleaned daily and the location was good. The air conditioning in the room was diabolical which meant 3 nights of poor sleep due to how hot the room was. Secondly, the shower was absolutely tiny and there was no hot water whatsoever. There was a communal shower next to the room and that was larger however had no hot water either and when it did it lasted 10 seconds then switched off. The staff at the receiption desk werent particularly welcoming and couldnt even get us a spare pillow. More of a hostel than hotel. My advice is dont waste your money.

This place was really nice. Very clean and staff was very nice. Would stay again.

very dirty, showers are moldy and there was no hot water late in the evening. You get a clean towel every day and the location is very good.

Absolutely disgusting. I had mold in my shower and a broken bed.

This stay was a pure representation of “you get what you pay for”. The bed was at least comfortable, but the private bathroom was disgustingly dirty and had black mold all in the bathroom. Overall this place could use some serious updates and deep cleaning and I would not stay here again.

We liked its location which was great for walking to the sights. The staff was friendly. However, the room had a strong odor. The entire building was very old and the elevator was broken.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. However beds were not very comfy and bedding kept popping out. Experienced couple of power cut offs recommending to sort it out immediately but overall great location and kind staff 👍
