The room was not clean in certain areas, the refrigerator made a loud noise as well as the toilet.

I had a problem with my room in that the overhead shower was inoperable, and I had been out in the 90 degree sun for 10 hours. They assured me that I'd be compensated in some way, but the manager was never available and has never called me back after several attempts to reach her. I will never stay here again.

Look a little long checking in. They changed our room since it wasn't ready and it was after 3:00. Staff handled it nicely. Sink faucet loose, falling apart. Room was huge, clean, quiet. Breakfast was terrific with lots of choices eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, more

The Hampton is a beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. It’s a great place to stay!

Falsely advertised room! We booked a king room with a sofa bed. Our family of 4 checked in at the counter then went to the room to find there was only a king bed in the room. The employee who checked us in stated that they took all the sofa beds out when they remodeled but did not update online listings. He mentioned he was wondering how we planned to make it work when we checked in but never mentioned it to us. We asked to check out, change rooms, or cancel the reservation. They denied all requested and charged us the $200 for a room we had to leave so our children had a bed to sleep in. The phones were also down at the property while we were there. The smok alarm in the room was hanging by wires from the ceiling. This used to be a really nice property but we will not be going back.

Overall a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our dogs and Hampton does a great job with being accommodating for those with dogs. There are a lot of stores and restaurants very close to the hotel also.

Great hotel. Took a bit for wifi connection. Great breakfast. Was put in a handicap room and shower didn’t work properly

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. You get what you pay for here. I would stay here every single time I travel to Saginaw if my budget allowed it.
