The first room smelled, the air conditioning didn't work properly, using the shower created a puddled floor. The sink faucet barly ran water.The breakfast stopped refreshing food items at 9:15. In other words, some items ran out, and were left empty. The 2nd room was fine.

The staff was great, the room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was just what we needed to start the 2 mornings we were there ☺️

Stop on the way to Orange Beach Alabama. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was as expected for Holiday Inn Express. We were full and satisfied.

Construction was going on outside so it was constant noise. It was raining outside and so the staff told me the TV wasn't working at times and when it did let us watch the sound didn't work. The bathroom wasn't really clean with dirty spots all in corners and baseboards.

Great staff! Clean rooms.

Location was satisfactory. Staff acted knowledgeable and kind. My room had no shower curtain which I wasn’t aware of until the next morning.

Clean very nice

I paid for the stay prior to check in through Expedia. Then I checked in and the attendant said they needed a card for incidentals. Which I said okay as that is normal. They said it would be $25 however next day they charged for the hotel stay again.

Everything was great except breakfast. The poor staff could not keep up, and pretty much everything was out of stock. We checked in twice, even when there was nobody at breakfast. We ended up getting food elsewhere, so you might want to take that into consideration when making plans.
