I did not use the pool. He was often too full. There's a lot of families who go there, especially at Christmas. So the pool was 20-30 people at a time. It was too full and it's a small pool as well. There was a day when there were three dogs in the pool. So I didn't want to go in after I saw that the only other thing was the noise because it's a very Hollow building and with people so many people in the corridors and children screaming and the even the staff at 8:00 in the morning with really loud music while they cleaned it made so that you you couldn't really sleep in so there were some very good things with it, but also a few negatives. They kindly changed my room as well for a balcony with had a view of the beach and made the stay better.

It was suited to our needs.

Location is far main hotel area, but close to the center of Manzanillo.

Not the first place I would stay. If you could find another spot that especially if you don’t speak Spanish well. Go somewhere else.

The hotel was fine for a two day stopover in Manzanillo. The property opens onto a nice beach where we watched a large container ship come into port.

Property is getting old and hasn’t been updated. Beds were hard as a rock. But price was ready and having a pool was a bonus. No mini fridge is inconvenient and I had to ask for bath towels.

Walking distance to seaside and easy access to food. The only thing I did not like was the lids on the toilet lol they fold into the toilet was worried.

good but the property was horrible. The swimming pool was always dirty, the sound of the train so often didn’t let us sleep, and early in the morning the music too loud. Very confusing driving in and out of the hotel. Horrible location.

Hola, Buenos dias a quien corresponda: Es una sugerencia para mejorar la calidad del servicio, si inspeccionarán los aires condicionados en la habitación 104 no enfría para nada, los baños necesitan limpieza profunda, en el vidrio y paredes y el piso de la regadera, Pero imagínese 14 cuartos por limpiar en 8 horas pues ni cuando tengan tiempo de limpiar a profundidad las recamareras, pobrecitas. El buffet o desayuno lo mismo todos los días y la porción es un poca y jugo de agua teñida😅. Gracias pero por $100 y $80 niños pues ni me llene, ahí dice buffet en la reservación y resulta que nada. Las toallas para la alberca no tenían disponibles, sin toallas, esperar a que la recamarera la miráramos para pedir toallas de habitación imajinese que porque no tenian las suficientes toallas, que mal servicio. No tienen secadoras, ni lavadoras para secar ropa, ni para cabello. El internet pésimo no agarraba señal a cada rato se iba Gracias y bendiciones

El hotel está muy cercano al malecón y llega al centro de la ciudad muy bien para ir a caminar y conocer la ciudad

It was dirty, gross, bathroom smelled, not taken care of.

Not walkable into town area but easy access to beach. Very close to train tracks so frequent whistle of trains. Recommend ear plugs. Otherwise, a budget friendly pleasant place to stay. Manager Adolpho went out of his way to be helpful.

I left a day early because everything was so bad. I don’t know how to even contact Expedia about this. Terrible hotel. No towels, the shower trickled in and was clogged at the bottom. Dirty hallways. No elevators
