Terrible, awful service,

Helpful and thoughtful staff. The breakfast was exceptional - from perfectly cooked eggs to whipped butter. For me breakfast was one of the best that I had in hotels. Very close to the Unity arena, so it's very conviniet if you are visiting Oslo for a concert. Also close to the bus station, from which by bus you can get to the Oslo center in about 20 minutes. Overall, great price to quality ratio.

The breakfast on the weekend would not start until 7.30 am which is later than weekdays of 6.30. I think it should have been at most 7 am. At 7.30 there was a line of 30-40 people maybe more to get in the breakfast room.

The hotel is located in Zone 1 of Oslo, is clean, and has a good view. The staff is polite and professional. The bus stop is just steps away. The breakfast is good. I'll be back again if I'm in Oslo.

Such a grand hotel , beautiful, amazing staff, great restaurants and very clean well put together rooms and everything in general I really loved it here
