Staff are inconsiderate. DO NOT GO HERE

We never really made it to like this hotel. I feel bad, because I know that all the staff did all they had, and the hotel is new or renovated, but so many people for such a small place, people putting their beach towel and no one is checking if its there the whole day without being used on the sunbed (towls that a 4 start hotel can't deposite you for free but you have to pay), then there is the pool, it was dirty and so warm and the color makes it probably look even more dirty, then you have to pay for the sunbeds at the ocean. always a huge line to wait with the elevator, waiting and waiting because only 2 of them. as I first said, I'm sorry because it is not a bad place, it just didnt work for us, too small and too many people.

Amazing stay!

The view from the sea view rooms were great, friendly staff. Restaurant staff were very slow to clear tables.

Enjoyable stay. The weather was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant meals were delicious with plenty of choices. The room was nice and clean (w/balcony, nice!) Not far from Saint Jordi, good walk on the boardwalk. Beaches abound!

Clean hotel in lovely location and view of the sea. Shame it was such an outdated and unkept hotel including rooms and lift. Bathroom was very marked up. No fan to extract the steam from it. Way too hot in the evening as the air con stopped working. Cleaners disturbed us and woke us up early both mornings for room service,despite the sign up the second time, and despite asking the second cleaner who'd knocked 30 minutes later to come back that afternoon in spanish she ignored us and proceeded to walk into our room while we're both in bed undressed, very inappropriate and then left our door open when she left. Could hear everything from other rooms at night including going to the toilet and no noise cancellation. Cleaners also dragged furniture round at 8am in the morning while cleaning making lots of noise. When we told reception about this she just said she understood and moved on without apology or any customer service. Pool is too busy to get a sunbed plus you have to pay to hire them and the towels (both pay a fee and provide a deposit on top which makes no sense). There were a lot of nicer hotels in the area so Id stay elsewhere unless youre looking for outdated, to not sleep and to experience rude cleaners and staff. Also 1 single beds provided with no double despite booking a double. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent food. Poor WIFI in room. Excellent elsewhere.

Location is good. Over looking the sea, nice and easy stroll to the beach. Room was simple, clean and comfortable. Food was good and varied Staff were excellent - especially reception staff Tessy and the gentleman from Argentina who studied in Germany. Fantastic customer service from both

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage echt Top. Was mich am meisten überrascht hat war das Essen, sowohl das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen waren geschmacklich wie auch von der Auswahl und Qualität weit über meinen Erwartungen an ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Ich werde auf jedenfall wieder kommen !!!

Food very tasty,great for families.all inclusive.I didn t like that during my stay(8days ),the lift had broken 3 times.the receptionist allow us to use the employee's one because we had a pushchair.

Amazing find in Majorca. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Food is plentiful and tasty. Both pools are lovely and maintained. Hotel is spotless. There unique selling point is the helpfulness of their staff, they go over and above to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Overall good value. Would stay again. Reception staff very welcoming. Restaurant staff could smile occasionally. WiFi was good except in restaurant.

Unwritten rules about bringing your own cycle to the hotel, no sense of trust in guests/ customers Spoilt the whole holiday

Food needed to be hotter loved hotel and staff and location entertainment was great too

Clean room - Good food. The overnight reception desk person was extremely helpful when my Shuttle Bus didn't arrive to take me to the airport (approx 4am).
