Excellent place

It’s a beautiful property. I wish we’d had more time to take advantage of all the activities available. We had a couple of glitches - nothing major, but the difference between rating out stay as a 4-star instead of 5-star.

Our suite was beautiful and comfortable with a view of water. Dinner and breakfast on the veranda overlooking the lake are always a highlight of a stay here. Staff are friendly and obliging.

Very expensive hotel and we had to go to the bar to get ice…no delivery?

Excelent and well maintained facilities. Exquisite dining in the Riverin restaurant, provided a small cake for a birthday. Will definitely be back!

We have visited the resort both in August and now in winter. In the summer, the setting is perfect for lounging by the pool, swimming or boating in the lake and biking on a nearby nature trail. In the winter, the resort is not far from groomed Nordic, skiing trails and other outdoor activities. We enjoyed the resort’s sauna and Jacuzzi both seasons. Our accommodations had fully equipped kitchens and lovely balconies. For a relaxing and peaceful retreat, Ripplecove is a wonderful resort.

Wonderful vacation spot. We stayed as a family of 5 (3 kids) and skied at Mt Orford. Lovely spot to enjoy after a day on the slopes!

Loved the ambiance of not only our room and dining experience but the hot tub was a delight after a long drive!

We had an incident were my room wasn't cleaned two days in a row which was very disappointing and upsetting. But the service manager made that right by sending a bottle of brut to our room with small chocolates and also paid for one night's stay. That was very nice of him. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating. Food was excellent and drinks were great. Overall I would stay at the Inn again. A few details got missed for a 5 star or a 4 star inn. I would focus on the small things. Like for example, I had to call back to ask for my VIP credit to be applied. They missed that.

Outstanding location for our stop on the way to Quebec City. We couldn’t ask for better accommodations or service.
