nothing was nice about this hotel

Noisy. Small tiny room. In bathroom there is 2 sliding glass 1 missing so all water come out to floor n wet. I told receptionist he kept note. But nothing changed all my stayed. None come to talk to me about changing room. Really disappointed. I won’t recommend. You guys need to tell them off.

I didn’t like the hotel but the manager was nice and gentleman talk thats why I continue stay in the hotel

Terrible hotel only person that is helpful is the Manager when she is not there its better you close the hotel down... paid extra for large room given smaller room.... then shown bigger room stank of smoke and was nasty.... eventually just stayed in room we was in until the locking mechanism failed had to change rooms again this time room was better but started getting bitten probably because there are stray cats everywhere even near the rooms scratching all over the carpets leaving fleas behind.... the night time receptionist cant speak a word of English and had to use google translator... after we were bitten so badly he offered us an unclean room with a dirty pillow just dumped on it at this point at 2am in the morning we spoke to some guy on the phone who gave us a partial refund at I made a booking and went to another hotel.... wasted a day of hour holiday because of this dump of a hotel.... dont waste your money

First of all no one talks English.. i had to use google translate to explain what i want but I couldn’t even do that because wifi is not working, bought a simcard Treatment is so bad.. it feels like “give us your money and leave” Food is from outside, they don’t have a kitchen and a cook , That means don’t eat there , it’s not fresh They don’t change towels and etc .. The only good guy there is the barman , he is a nice guy I don’t recommend this hotel even if you have to sleep at the beach- do it but don’t go there

A good holiday friendly staff who tried hard good pool very clean but staff English was poor

The experience we had in terms of the decoration and the state of the carpets in the hotel corridor was very poor indeed. We checked out after 2 nights when we were able to obtain a double room at another hotel. We expect you to provide a part refund.

Did not like the swimming pool is front side of the hotel. Not comfortable for people who loves privacy.

Thıs one place you should stay well away Not clean , food ıs ok but agaın not too clean For rhe size of the hotel you always see the same staff that means poor staff ıs over worked so they dont perform but still tryıng to their best for the guests As a result stay well away.....

Throughly enjoyed my stay at the supreme hotel. The room was very clean, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, the pool was inviting and the food superb. Can't wait to go back again next year.

I have left the hotel due to bad condition

Staff were polite and helpful - Bar manager was great, he gave good advice on tour trips and ensured our stay was enjoyable. Hotel is well located - 10 minutes walk to the beach, and wide variety of nearby restaurants and shops (Blue Port shopping mall) within 5 minutes walking. Walking to Marina is about 20/25 minutes walk or 10TL Taxi ride. Breakfast was fine, a good mixture of local and European, and did have a wide variety of food. We only dined once in the evening, but again there was a good variety and adequate quality of food available. I would happily return to Supreme

A nice hotel 3 mins walk from the sea front and Blue Port shopping area. Hotel is nice and quiet. Good size rooms and staff that let you do your own thing.

Staff were lovely. Room was clean and good size. Nice balcony but rooms next door could literally step over to balcony so have to be careful if room is open. Half board food was good but shame there isn't a selection- sort of got what was on offer without choice. Would probably advise a hotel on the beach just because most of the beach is taken by hotels and restaurants so not much space to relax on the beach otherwise. Overall lovely hotel and much worth price paid.

The staff are all extremely helpful If you get a high floor make sure it has elevator access. Mine was on the 4th floor and to get to it one had to climb a total of 96 steps, which can get very tiring after a couple of trips, If you require a decent view request one. Mine view consisted mainly of the building behind and all the old bed frames that were discarded on it's roof. The breakfast was passable but with no pork available left the need to have dinky little red sausages, not to my liking, Toast did me fine, although cereals and fruits were in abundance.

The room was very spacious, we had a separate sitting room and bedroom, with a double balcony, clean and pleasant and up to date decor, furnishings and bathroom. Lighting in hallways could be brighter, but I think the reason it is dimly lit so not to disturb guests whilst sleeping. Buffet breakfast was good compared to usual Turkish standards. Hotels.com need to make it clear to the hotel that guests have already paid for the room and hotels.com should ensure they make payment to the hotel prior to guests arriving, on arrival we were told the room had not been paid for and were asked to make payment with a card, this happened both on our arrival and our departure and I heard this happened with other people who booked with hotels.com as well, so beware that you don't get tricked into paying twice, not the fault of the hotel, hotels.com need to change the way they make payment for the accommodation......as soon as they take money from a customers card, they should immediately make that payment to the hotel and not after the customer has left the hotel. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed there for couple of days in mid August. Interaction of some staff was slightly unprofessional which is lack of training provided. Extra charging for some basic services like safe room and high prices for simple soft/hot drinks in the bar (for half boards) was relatively rip off. Its about 3.5 star overall
