El lugar es como y conveniente pero el servicio es muy malo, es la segunda vez que abren la puerta sin tocar, te llaman media hora antes de la salida para decirte que te salgas y luego van y tocan tu puerta y te vuelven a llamar es estresante y para colmo después de que vas y entregas la tarjeta te hacen esperar para ver si no te robaste algo que falta de respeto y que lastima lo bueno es qué hay más opciones en Cd. Victoria donde no hacen eso y los trabajadores que atienden parece como si no les pagaran bien, ni una sonrisa ni nada que feo.

Service was great but we had some extremely noisy neighbors that kept us up for a while.

I liked that Hotel because that was convenience and close to my mother house but I didn’t like that TV was not working and they charged me for my 15 years old daughter even though when I did the reservation stated sleeps 4 people.

Great place, close to many shopping places, had a good time there.

I was charged double, but the hotel Brio then gave back the charge. The stay was good!

Food and shopping all in close range of the hotel . Walked are the are it's a pretty safe area .

Breakfast could of been better - the free ice came in small bags. Carpet was clean but well worn. Bathroom was small where the toilet was. Entrance was nice along with the waiting area. Parking area was open & nice - easy to park my truck & move around. Only one coffee machine & not one in each room. The towels were well worn - no hole's but ragged at the edges. I expected better. It was quite & no problems.

FINE HOTEL, VERY GOOD ATTENTION BY STAFF, GOOD LOCATION (WALKING DISTANCE TO WALMART, ETC.)

The hotel staff were eager to assist. However, the hotel was undergoing some major renovations and did not even appear to be open. The room was old and outdated, the beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Perhaps that is the point of the renovation. The room was clean and the parking lot seemed to be secure having a fence and gates that were supposed to be closed at night (although I am not certain they were).

Hice 3 reservaciones en este hotel y las 3 familias que nos quedamos ahi salimos positivos a tifoidea y fue el unico lugar en el que desayunamos juntos, asi que los alimentos que dieron en el bufet estaban contaminados.

La atención que te dan y orientación es muy buena, el servicio excelente, nos toco u. Desayuno incluido, la habitación nos gusto mucho solo que no estamos acostumbrados a una cama un poco rigida, de ahi todo muy bien

para fines de negocio el hotel esta muy bueno
