This hotel really made my day. The room was very spacious and comfortable, had 4 beds inside, and 2 toilets with separate bathtubs. Excellent location, right across from Otaru Canal. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

I love staying at this hotel. I got the room with a canal view. Otaru is a small city, so you can stroll around the city by walk. The LeTao cafe is next to the hotel, and a five-minute walk will take you to Komeda's Coffee.

if you wish to see otaru canal from your hotel, this is the one. also the distance to other destinantion is not too far (10 min walking). if you are planning to go here by walking from the station, be advised that the road is a bit hilly, you could take taxi instead as it is so close and wont cost you too much

Stayed with two children. The room was okay, able to open the suitcase. The room I got was very hot in the afternoon, but not hot at night. When I went, only one elevator worked, but didn't have to wait long. Breakfast was okay, with a variety. The staff was helpful. The location is within walking distance of the tourist attractions. Turn left out of the hotel and you'll find a long restaurant.

Hotel was a bit old and reminded me of Hotel Del Luna hahaha. Rooms were spacious but looked like they were in need of an upgrade. Very nice hotel staff. Location is great too.

Amazing hotel to stay for a night or two. Recommend to choose the room with the canal view. Night scene and morning scene is beautiful! Reception staffs were great at keeping our needs. Speak good english too. Luggage drop also available if arrived early. From otaru station it is quite a walk downhill, about 600m. By taxi it is just around 600yen. Thanks for the great experience in otaru. Ps: somehow I cant upload photos from my gallery. Bummer.
