It’s my first time checking in to this hotel, good location, good smoking area, and we got breakfast. Thank you Holiday Inn for your services, hope someday I can come back here.

Overall, it was okay, but my request to check in early, expecting to be able to go to my room immediately, still required a wait. Furthermore, the reception staff had changed. When I needed to drop off some items, the person in charge didn't say anything and just wanted to push the security guard to get it for me, even though they should have explained things more clearly.

Staff from the front desk are all very courteous and very helpful. Chamber helper deserves praise for doing a good job too!

Good area, walking distance to BTS National Stadium and 7-Eleven. Compact family room with a bunk bed is enough for my teenager, only need to be careful if you sleep at the lower bunkbed, if you don't want to bump your head.

Location is strategic! Room is clean and accomodating. I got upgraded my room to the city view. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Good stay and will come back for sure next time.

Loved it. The breakfast offered various food and drinks, my room was with a national stadium view. Check-in time starting from 3 PM, you can leave the bag or luggage or wait at McDonald's just next to it.

Room cleanliness: excellent. Toilet: excellent just the shower bit slippery. The hotel seems to be always crowded and the lobby gets full required more check in staff. Check in time is bad some come from a trip and he can't check in until 15.00. Yes am aware of that previously but something should be done about that.

Small but nice as they have renovated the room. Location is close proximity to many interested area especially shopping mall and easy to find public transportation ie bus, skytrain (we use public transport all the time including from the airport). Breakfast also nice as they serve all kind of food. And, they let me to get late check out as well. Stayed for 5 nights.
