We had a great time at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The room was clean. The air condition worked well. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was convenient to get around to other areas. We’re definitely gonna go back there again

Didn’t like it we got the old tower the rooms very old

I recently visited the city and I stayed at the Dann. This was my second stay at this hotel and truly continues to impress me its excellent service and exceptionally friendly staff. From the moment I checked-in, the personnel went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The location is perfect, providing easy access to mayor attractions and local hotspots (St Antonio and el Penon neighborhoods are just around the corner). Which made exploring the area a breeze. However one downside I encountered is the street noise coming from the windows. Despite this minor issue, the hotel’s overall ambiance and outstanding service significantly outweighed the noise factor. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and warmth in their accommodation.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location. However, the prices are excessive. The laundry charges are extremely high for just a few items. The rooms do not have coffee makers and could use some remodeling. If you are a foreign visitor staying with a Colombian citizen, you will be charged taxes as a Colombian resident, and these are non-refundable. Overall, the only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location.

Rooms need an upgrade. No coffee maker and no ice machine available. They charged taxes again because my in laws where staying and they are Colombians, so basically I ended paying taxes twice. Location is great but I won’t be back to this Hotel.
