La habitación estaba recién pintada por lo que tenía un olor muy fuerte a pintura fresca. Nuestra regadera goteaba hacia afuera de la tina. Después de varios intentos de contactar a recepción via telefónica (que fue imposible) me tome la libertad de bajar personalmente a recepción y dar la queja sobre lo que sucedía. El encargada en recepción me contestó con…. (El de mantenimiento subirá y se encargará de arreglar la regadera) eso, nunca sucedió. Una de mis peores experiencias.

I have stayed at other city express and they have been cleaner. The smell in the room was terrible it made me sick. I would never stay at the one in Augascalientes agin.

The area was great, easy access to downtown, shopping centers and more. Staff was great. Hotel was clean and room was clean and had AC excelent wifi and breakfast

Ver clean and staff was always polite and helpful. The room could use a frig. Be aware that there is no place to eat nearby. Uber is very fast there and can get you to a place to eat in no time.

The price was too high and they promised something different supposed to be a queen bed anyways something different
