Khách sạn có vị trí tốt, gần trung tâm và có nhiều nhà hàng quán ăn xung quanh. Loại phòng double như mới được nâng cấp style cổ điển, sạch sẽ nhưng nhỏ và không có cửa sổ nên hơi bí Không có dịch vụ dọn phòng hàng ngày, nếu muốn dọn phải treo biển bên ngoài cửa (nhân viên lễ tân không nhắc khách về việc này). Dịch vụ này đi ngược lại với dịch vụ phòng của khách sạn ở mọi nơi khác trên thế giới (nếu không muốn dọn phòng mới phải treo biển bên ngoài). Không dọn phòng nhưng cũng không cung cấp thêm nước miễn phí và trà cà phê theo ngày, phải hỏi nhân viên mới mang lên. Buổi trưa khách sạn mất điện khoảng 30’ nhưng không có máy phát điện dự phòng. Chấm điểm 3 sao cho vị trí còn về khách sạn chỉ được 2-2.5 sao.

phòng cũ kỹ ảm đạm, chốt cửa nhà wc hỏng, tách trà không rửa nên rất bẩn, tủ đồ bụi bặm, máy lạnh sida, có tủ lạnh mà không có nước uống. nhân viên lễ tân nam ngủ mà kêu mãi không chịu dậy để mình check out, đồng hồ hết pin không thay

Phòng thì bốc mùi, phải đổi đi đổi lại bao nhiêu phòng vì hỏng cái này hư cái kia, phòng hư điều hoà phòng thì hỏng đèn hỏng cái xả bồn tắm xả nước mãi chẳng đầy, đặt trên app thì là qua đêm nhưng khi nhận phòng thì lại bảo là 3 giờ, nhưng mà lỡ đặt rồi nên phải trả thêm 200 tiền phí qua đêm, tổng thiệt hại là 417.000vnd trong chuyến ở lại một khách sạn quá tệ từ nhân viên phục vụ đến chất lượng phòng ở, nếu muốn chuyển phòng không hư hại thì lại mất phí, phân biệt cách đối xử với khách hàng sang trọng và khách hàng bình thường cực kì rõ rệt, bỏ tiền để ở phòng một cách thoải mái nhưng đến việc xả nước cũng bị nhân viên nói này nói kia, thật sự không đáng với số tiền bỏ ra.

At midnight 2 3 am, the fire alarm blared loudly, from the staff to the hotel owner, everyone was bewildered and reacted very, very slowly, everyone was worried about escaping. All guests on 12 floors jostled down the stairs below to escape, but the main door was still locked and did not open. Fortunately, there were guests smoking, causing smoke to enter the fire alarm system, not a real fire, if it really burned, it would surely die, but could not live with that kind of reaction of ks. The next day checkout did not receive an apology at all.

Initially, I chose to stay 2 nights but mistakenly stayed in the room for only 3 hours, but they still supported me to stay 2 nights. So when I was there, I felt friendly and enthusiastic.

The service staff is very nice, but the room is often missing or broken small items, such as lights or bathtub stoppers.

Credit card payment is subject to a 3% fee, the room is old and cramped, the lights are dim, there is no such thing. The stairs are bad.

Arriving at the place, waiting for 2 hours, the room was sold out, the staff was superficial, transferred to another hotel with bad quality.
