I like all except the food quality.

The staff at Hotel Bassetto are very helpful and welcoming.

Unfortunately, I ended up with bed bug bites this time. Otherwise staff is friendly.

I liked pretty much everything, the vleanliness, service, staff quick and on time.

We were staying at the hotel for a wedding we were attending locally. The hotel reception staff were amazing and very helpful and would like to thank the gentleman who gave us a lift to the train station and drove us around to get our tickets to travel due to the station being closed.

Stayed on business and found the room to be comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was in a good area and the free breakfast was very good. Only issue was no iron or board to use for clothes that you can borrow- they had a maid service to do that for you for a cost. Spoke English well at front desk.

Water runs out quickly, stayed 4 nights and 3 days could not take proper shower as water ran out from other rooms using shower and issue was worse on 3rd floor due to lack of water pressure as well. No kettle in room. Tiny space in room for 2 people.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima cena con gelato fatto a mano.

Ottimo cibo, letto comodo, ottimo accesso Internet e ottimo accesso ai trasporti. Hotel con ottimi servizi.

Ottima colazione,bene organizzati ci si farà un altro pernottamenti più in là....

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti presso l' hotel. Nulla da eccepire per quanto concerne la professionalità. Piccolo neo la posizione in zona poco servita da servizi e negozi.

The hotel is quite old but not very old. The staff is very helpfull. The restaurant of the hotel is wonderful for lunch and dinner. The hotel is close by car to Ferentio and Frosinone historical city centers. I advise you to visit Isola del Liri which takes around 30 minutes by car. Unfortunately at the first night, I saw an insect in the room. The bathroom is really small.

Gammelt hyggeligt hotel, har nok været meget flot en gang

Struttura un po' datata, ma nel complesso piacevole. Un po' noiosa la ventola in bagno che non ha mai smesso di aspirare. Cucina ottima all'annesso ristorante.

Hotel comodo per spezzare il viaggio in macchina da nord a sud: vicino l'autostrada, tranquillo, pulito e in una zona poco rumorosa. Nei dintorni c'è poco e nulla, se vuoi farti un giro a piedi. Camera con arredamento semplice ma confortevole, pulizia ottima e personale cortese. Parcheggio spazioso. Una nota dolente la colazione, brioches rafferme e povertà di sceta.

Hotel pulito e nella norma. Basico.
