Clean room and lovely staff

Beautifully clean room, very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed, Only there for one night but will return.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are happy to help you out and point you in the right direction for food/shopping or any other local interests. A great place to stay.

Very good, friendly staff, central to Horsham shopping, restaurants and bars.

Friendly and Efficient Service from all staff - perfect room / bathroom layout and good breakfast. Parking entrance is tight and spaces can get full. Excellent location close to Horsham centre - but that came with a little road noise affecting sleep. Overall good value for money for our one night stay.

We stayed at Springfields as we were going to a wedding. The church was across the road from the hotel, so a perfect location. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel as we arrived early morning. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was great too, and set us up for the day. We'd definitely recommend Springfield

Great stay only problem was for us personally the bed was a bit hard but ther tried to help

I stay at Springfields when I visit my home town. Nice people. Fine full English breakfast. Clean, well maintained rooms. In the town center. Walking to restaurants and shops. I'll be back.
