Great stay for one night! We missed breakfast because of our early flight and the amazing staff packed us lunch boxes. So pampered! I recommend 1000%

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt vibrant, welcoming, and full of character—perfectly capturing the historical spirit of the city. The design is stunning, with artistic touches throughout that make the entire experience feel unique and memorable without ever being overdone. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the quality of the linens to the lighting and sound ambiance. I especially appreciated how relaxing and quiet the space was at night, making it easy to rest after a full day exploring Bogotá. The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help—whether it was recommending local spots, arranging transportation, or simply greeting guests with a smile. Their hospitality felt authentic and personal. The location is another huge plus—conveniently situated near great restaurants, cultural spots, and lively neighborhoods, making it easy to explore the city. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines style, comfort, and outstanding service with a creative twist, Hotel Musica is an absolute gem. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Bogotá.

Muisca is a charming little hotel, a nicely renovated old building in the area of Bogotá you’ll most want to visit. The staff are friendly and helpful. It may not be for everybody, however. The rooms are somewhat rustic and not huge, plus there are winding stairs to some of them that might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. It’s a relatively short walk to the sights of La Candelaria, but the hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill, which some might find difficult. Generally, though, a great base for seeing the best of Bogotá.

Very quaint boutique hotel with unique decor. The staff were all wonderful and hospitable. Great breakfast with fresh eggs, juice and croissants. Nice terrra e and courtyard to eat in. Great location for sightseeing in la candelaria neighborhood. Close to sights and restaurants, though steep hill to get back to hotel. It is very cheap to uber or taxi back up the hill, of tired after a day of walking. Free WiFi that worked well. They have a sauna, as well. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great and the location is perfect. It is up a fairly steep hill, but that’s just Bogotá. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Hotel Muisca.

Beautiful, unique hotel with tremendous charm, all in hommage to the Muisca people and legends. Great free breakfast that you can have on the roof deck, and a super accommodating and friendly staff. Perfect location too - in Candelaria but a little higher so felt very quiet, and not overly-touristy.

Muisca has old world charm... There are 3 floors with a very narrow spiral staircase. There are no accommodations for those who are wheelchair bound. It's rooms are quite small, the amenities are sparse, and the walls are paper-thin. If it's comfort that you seek, this is not the hotel for you. Think more of a vintage hostel. When you leave for the day, to possibly explore your surroundings, you must turn in your room key at the front desk and be let back in, only after you've rang the doorbell. I made a 6 day, 5 night reservation, and after 2 nights--I cancelled the remainder of my reservation forsaking charm for comfort. If you are a traveler that requires very little, when considering a hotel then Hotel Muisca is for you

Great small hotel in the middle of old Bogotá. The breakfast is great with 3 options.

The place is charming with a lovely patio for breakfast and a rooftop terrace and social room where we could hang out. The staff was especially helpful when we arrived and our taxi driver tried to scam us. They paid the driver in cash a reasonable amount and told him to leave. We reimbursed the hotel the next day when we had correct cash.

I am so glad I chose to stay at Hotel Muisca on this trip to Bogota. The people are fantastically amicable, the space is beautiful and cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable, breakfasts offered were always served on time and with grace, and the Muisca images and paintings made me happy. I would recommend Hotel Muisca and look forward to staying there again upon my next visit to La Candelaria. Mil gracias.
