Very helpful staff at the restaurant, food was good

Llegue el final del desayuno y solo quedaban los restos. Pero nadie se preocupó por renovar o preguntar si me apetecía algo diferente. En la habitación hacia mucho calor. Me intentaron ayudar pero no funcionó. La habitación no la limpiaron el domingo.

I wasn’t impressed. Staff really wasn’t very helpful. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work properly and was very noisy. The safe in my room didn’t work. You could only control the air conditioning, not the heat. They provided an iron, but no ironing board. Also, you could hear the noise from the clubs nearby. Thankfully, I was just for 3 nights.

Excellent lcoation for Parque 93. The rooms are very big and excellent beds. The breakfast was vast with so many different options. All in all very good

Excellent service and food throughout. I noticed that daily coffee and water refills weren't provided, unlike other similar hotels, but this was a minor issue. I would still highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful location, rooms clean and tidy. Great value for money

The room conditions were ok, clean and equiped with the necessities. The staff was not courteous but transactional. They did not have water bottles available in the room nor the front desk. The gym had the bare minimuns. However, the rooftop terrace seemed nice. Location of the hotel is very good, walking distance from the Park at 93rd and to several restaurants.

I spent three days sick as a dog, but the staff took very good care of me even brought me tea, which I didn’t ask for one above and beyond the call of duty total respect

No condicionar. Not all the electric plugs worked. Breakfast buffet expensive, and no choice to get something smaller. Great staff! Good location.
