Great property with friendly staff

Its far from the cetre if you are walking! Property itself is nice!

Staff was friendly and so helpful. Great location as it was easy to access buses ans metro, but away from the main streets so it was nice and quiet.

Bed comfortable and staff helpful. Room not cleaned brilliantly each day but clean when started and well appointed.

Breakfast buffet was good, with a good options. Could not lower the AC below 20°c They only had regular bikes and not electric bikes.

Bathroom fixtures were not tethered to the foundation. Brown water in shower.

Lovely 4-star hotel and friendly reception staff. Luggage storage is helpful and cleaning staff always did great job making up rooms. Air conditioning was very nice especially during heatwave. Sometimes heard couple ambulances during night due to nearby hospital, however this is probably expected in a city. Walkable to lots of cafes and shops. Would visit again and recommend! To become more eco friendly I think they could include Vegan options in the restaurant.

Liked the employees very nice

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was great value for money and outside of the main tourist area which I liked as you pay less. The transport options were very close and you could easily walk into the touristic areas. The room was clean and food facilities.

Decent choice in Lisbon center. The staff is great; friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, in a good location, with good transport options around. Would recommend for a short stay. Also, great amenities in room (including massage cushion and umbrella)

Breakfast was basic and cold. Rooms were clean but too hot and noisy.

Location is not bad. In a residential area within close proximity to the city centre. Gym is terrible and designed in-functionally. Cleanliness is okay but it was some dusty. The bed was two double bed connected to one another. The middle section was annoying.

Friendly staff

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great food and nice hotel.

Very pleasantly surprised about this hotel considering the price I paid. There are 3 metro stations within walking distance. Close to restos and shops. There is an Aldi nearby. Room was ample size and cleaned to a very good standard. Reception was friendly. Only thing I think needs improving would be the breakfast. Little things like ketchup or sauces on the side would be good. Better quality food would be good as well. Overall it's an excellent boutique hotel and would be staying there again if I return to Lisbon.

I don’t like check in time of 2pm. I am coming off an overnight flight and would like my room ready for getting settled and relaxed. Breakfast should be served at 6:00 because of yours start at 7:30. I went to get a spa treatment but no one was there at 4:00.
