Helpful front desk, across from train station

As a whole, no big issues there.

A good Budget hotel just opposite the JR station. The reception staff was kind enough to change my room to non smoking on my request. The buffet breakfast was free and good enough for us. They also have a small onsen at the basement and coin operated laundry facilities. The only drawback was that the restaurant was not operational for dinner, so we had to walk a distance for a good meal on a rainy night.

Twin room was of good size. Location was very good, opposite JR train station and bus terminal. Also, within 10min walk of a big supermarket, Big House.

First of all position was great right across from the station. Only thing was name in big Japanese writing and tiny tiny English name underneath. Room was usual standard smallish size, but alright for a night. Not a lot of places to eat close by walk a bit further towards river. Breakfast was probably the worst we had in our three weeks. Line up at door like cafeteria and wait. No cereals, no fruit and no English to tell you what everything was. Felt like only for the locals and not for the foreigner, not everyone wants to eat Japanese style

It is a standard Japanese hotel. Only thing the Onsen is in base 1 and therefore did not have an out door onsen In this hotel. Also the Onsen is a little small. Overall is it okay.

Helpful staff. It is a very relaxing stay. Very close to station. Use the Onsen at B1. You will definitely enjoy.

Beautiful countryside within a few kms. Saw 2 red crested cranes - has to be good!

Convenient. Located opposite the train station n the bus terminal is also very near. Washo market and the convenient store are about 3 mins' walk. Room is clean and the staff's are friendly. Will stay again if I visit Kushiro again.

Spacious room. Nice breakfast. We were allowed to check in earlier which is rare in Japanese hotels. Bathroom is very small. TV provided no news channels. You can only watch news in the breakfast dining room.

Spent three nights, staff helpful

This hotel served its purpose. Stopover between cities. The restaurant district is about a ten minute walk. Lots of great places to dine. There was a festival going on and I got to chat with some of the locals. Very friendly people. You will pay for parking but if you are on the train it's ideal as its close to the station. Breakfast was included in the price. I was satisfied but don't like paying for parking!

Air con was was not working and they did not seem interested to do anything about it.Communications was a problem and they seem to want to hide behind that and not try and respond at all.Very small public bath and very ordinary breakfast

Location i5 convenient, across from Kushiro station and bus terminal. About 10 minutes walking to the restaurant area.

English sign was very small. Almost confused with the nearby Royal Hotel which has a similarly large R on top of the building as I came out of the train station.

Comfortable

The hotel is very close to JR station, just a few steps distances. Room is tidy and clean with everything need provided, just slightly too small. Breakfast choices is not much. Price is good.

Next to JR Station, Great location. Will stay next time.
