Excellent Stay Even Under Extraordinary Circumstances. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the room was tidy, comfortable, and very clean. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. I stayed here on the night Aomori Prefecture experienced the 7.6-magnitude earthquake, and the hotel staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They provided clear instructions in both Japanese and English, stayed calm and professional, and made sure guests felt safe and reassured throughout the night. By the next morning, everything was running like normal, which was impressive given the circumstances. They even had the shuttle running to get me to the airport without any issues. Great service, excellent hospitality, and a hotel that truly cares about its guests. I would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms were small, but the hotel facilities and the staff were awesome. Breakfast was great. However, I wish they had a fitness center to workout.

Conveniently located hotel providing easy access to the military base and nearby restaurants. Breakfast was included and very good. There is an onsen on-site; those with tattoos can purchase coverups for a small price to use the baths. Friendly service at the desk and from staff. A wonderful stay overall, so I will definitely book again.

The staff who served us speaks excellent English. They are very helpful and friendly. We have a little issue (not related to their service) and they went extra miles to help us. Really appreciate their service.

Hotel has free parking which is unusual for Japan. Its covered as well. Breakfast is offered from 6-9am Room is comfortable and simce the town is sleepy, its quiet. Its walking distance to Base and restaurants are close.

Staff was professional and very attentive to your needs. Also, this place has English speaking personnel, which, is rare in the northern Japan.

Good and convinient place to stay!

Staff are very nice and helpful. They assist us in shipping our luggages to our next destination. They have a staff member who is very fluent in English and that helps us with everything else. Breakfast was ok. It’s mostly Japanese food for breakfast but it was good.

Check in was very smooth, room is clean. Convenient location, right in front of AF base entrance gate.
