The pool needs painting

La habitación estaba sucia, los pies sucios de sólo andar un rato sin zapatos. Al abrir la cama pelos y el sommier hacía tal ruido al moverse que no pegamos ojo. La zona huele a alcantarilla. Al quejarnos en el checkout, por WhatsApp, porque la recepción abre pocas horas, ni una disculpa, nos echaron en cara que habíamos pagado poco al haber tenido una oferta de Expedia. Francamente horrible mejor evitar este alojamiento.

Pool cold no ocean view at this establishment but short of nothing. Very comfortable.

Lovely 4 night stay, however, sunbed war was quite stressful. We counted the amount of sunbeds around the pool and there is not enough for the amount of rooms. One access door was locked to the pool but another near the pool bar left open so people were not adhering to the 9am rule., which is madness as the pool bar opens at 830am for brekfast. Instead of asking for 2 euros a day for a sunlounger to be placed on your terrace put more around the pool !! Food was brilliant at the pool bar, very fresh ingrediants. Room was nice, but missed air conditioning but there was a large fan, unfortunately to noisy to use. Would I come again? Maybe if the lack of sunbeds were addressed.

Hotel was very good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but the apartment was well equipped and comfortable had we stayed there for a week! We will re book to stay again.

Why ask about a dishwasher, der is that going to change peoples mind to stay with El Guarapo Apartamentos, I know not. We found the El Guarapo a very nice place to stay and would book in there again. Not sure why the pool bar was very limited to opening, poss out of season tho.

The apartments are fantastic. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Service at reception was excellent. Quiet neighbourhood.

I think changing sheets once a week is terrible,and when asked for clean sheets to do own beds,was informed cleaners decided wether needed or not 🤔so no clean sheets for a week 😞

The apartment is a good size with nice furnishings and plenty of kitchen equipment. The complex is quiet with lovely gardens, a heated pool and a pool bar which closed after breakfast at 10.30 then reopened from 11.30 until 4pm. We found the location was ideal with plenty of shops, bars and good restaurants within easy walking distance as are the nearby beaches. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, checking in on line makes it so much easier on arrival and there was plenty of communication from the team via WhatsApp. We enjoyed our stay at El Guarapo apartments and would return. Some minor negatives are - the level of cleaning could be improved, just mopping floors does not remove food debris, hair etc. The bedlinen was not replaced during our 9 day stay although towels are changed every 2 days. The pool bar was closed after breakfast for 4 days of our 9 day stay due to staff shortage although the barman was assigned to garden duties instead on these days. A pool bar is a facility we look for when choosing a holiday resort to have lunch and drinks so the closure was somewhat disappointing.

Friendly staff and especially the reception were very welcoming

A disappointing stay. I made the mistake of booking in before I arrived, so once the management knew I was a solo guest I got allocated a room in the far corner of the apartments with the families. No view of the pool, terrace in permanent shade and the noise of children running around both above and each side. I also got allocated one towel which I had to use for 4 showers before it was replaced (every 2 days) I was visiting my brother, so I was not there that much, so I accepted it, but I would not return.

Staff on reception are fantastic, pool was lovely & clean, beds great , though not much space to maneuver around bed, just wish they had a more accessible apartments, ie..shower, but we managed & were given a step free terrace. Brilliant.. lovely gardens would return.

Quiet location very close to front and short 5 minute walk into the centre. Nicely appointed apartment with ample space. Staff helpful and friendly and nice pool.

overall it was a great stay. Only complaints are that our Electricity tripped out 1 night whilst cooking dinner on my wife's last night and had to wait for an hour and a half before it was put back on by an electrician. The wait was acceptable but we were told he would be 20 mins.... Other than that we wuould have liked clean sheets more than once a week. The staff were all friendly and it was very laid back and quiet.

Small and friendly apartment blocks with a beautiful pool. Apartment was very clean, spacious and walkable (7 mins walk) to lots of bars and restaurants and shop for groceries. Definitely recommend this as a holiday destination.

Lovely quiet apartments. Suitable for couples. Near the square and Playa Bastian. Loved it.

Clean apartment with all the basics you need. Bar closes too early at 4pm.

Great apartment complex with well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Very clean, and lovely cleaners. A nice pool, and plenty of sunbeds available when we stayed. Great communication prior to and during our stay.
