Clean room, attentive staff. Complimentary breakfast was buffet style with Western and Japanese options.

Nice stay

Basic bathroom facilities, a bit cramped. Lovely public bath. Beds and pillows hard in Japanese style. Basic travellers hotel. Good sights nearby if you have a car or by train - Matsumoto and Narai postal town

Serviceable hotel for an overnight stay. Kind of in the middle of industrial / commercial area of Shiojiri. Comfortable with nothing added. Breakfast fairly ordinary. Ok for coffee and bread.

This hotel keeps up with the reasonable comfort and quality of the Route Inn chain. Parking was convenient, if a bit strangely placed around the building. Breakfast had good variety. The room was a bit dated, but was clean. The bed was moderately hard and lumpy, and the lumpy, stiff pillows were not very comfortable, but that seems post for the course in mid range hotels in Japan. The area was convenient, though, near a supermarket, fast food, and a local Indian restaurant, not to mention the freeway. And all only 20 minutes from Matsumoto Castle.

Although the room was rather small all necessary facilities are provided. Breakfast is included in the rate but is very limited in choice for Westerners

駅から少し遠い。

ルートインは車移動を前提にしているので、何処も駅からは遠い。歩ける距離ではあるが、キャリーバックなど荷物が有ると少々大変かもしれない。大浴場は良い。朝食ブッフェは普通。塩尻の場合はタクシーが少ないので、翌朝の予約は前日にとの注意書きが有った。実際10時前の予約は出来なかった。

ベット横のライトが壊れていたのを速やかに交換頂きありございました

スタッフの対応も感じが良かった。 駐車場が広い。大浴場のセキュリティが良かった。

清潔で気持ちが良いホテルです。ハズレなし。

ホテル前駐車場になんの理由かしらないが停車したまま動かない車が数台。ホテル敷地内に入ってしまったので身動きが取れず。従業員による整理が明らかに必要。原因が従業員側にあるのか、クルマで来た宿泊客にあるのかわからないけれども、整理をするのは従業員の役目のはず。改善急務。 チェックインも大渋滞。改善急務。 結果、客を不要に待たせることになっても、従業員側に申し訳ないという気持ちなし。ここは最低。 ほかは問題なし。

大浴場も綺麗でよかったです

早朝に高ボッチ高原に行きたくて中でも近くのこちらに宿泊。周りにはスーパーやコンビニもあって不自由はないと思いました。
