We asked for extra duvet as we don’t use the air heating during the night. We were told that it is impossible as the housekeeping staff went home. Very good hotel. Clean, spacious room, with helpful and courteous staff. Nice pool area. Good breakfast, although restaurant service is a little slow. A special thank you to Salma at guest experience for providing a personal service throughout our stay, who also arranged tours and spa experience for us. Also thank you to manager Akram. (Just bear in mind that as with some other hotels, the air conditioning system in the hotel is switched off in winter, with only heating available, so have to open the large room window if feeling hot, but we had a comfortable stay). Hotel area felt safe, just a few minutes walk from the shopping mall Borj Fes, with restaurants, shops etc. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Fes and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well situated along a wide boulevard with lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. in the area. The room was very nice and had a great view. What I liked was that it was across the street from a shopping mall that had everything that I needed - from dining, shopping, etc. There is also a McDonalds across the street. The staff was courteous and kind. Transportation is very accessible being along a busy boulevard. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hotel in a good location, safe area. Neat and clean. Friendly staff but could be a bit more helpful. Good breakfast with a good mix of variety of food items. Will stay again.

Room is clean. Great location

The hotel is in a great location! Across the street is a McDonald’s and a big shopping mall. It’s on a boulevard that makes it convenient for pickup and drop off. The rooms are well appointed and everything works. The staff was courteous, pleasant and professional. The restaurants have good and reasonable priced food. I had a very enjoyable stay. The pool was nice but the water was too cold.

The free bottles of water - that brand of water has problem, after drink it, got Diarrhoea. Stop drink this brand of the water, everything is back to normal. The bathroom toilet height is way too high

Great location. Quick ride to the Medina. Safe area with resraurants and a supermarket nearby. Also a McDonalds.

poor range of choice in all venues , breakfast and dinner. Chefs have limited capabilities. Had to send the fries back!!!

Receptionist was very friendly. Baggage Mohamed was very helpful. Room service is the only one that I am not satisfied with since our room did not receive any service. Unfortunately, that is the only part we were unsatisfied with. They need to better communicate. Overall nice place to stay at.

The beds were very comfortable and large. The pool was refreshing and clean. The service at the front desk could have been more welcoming.

This hotel got nice pool garage for motorcycle or cars , taxi rank out back , Mac Donald’s a cross road shopping mall with eateries and loads other shops would definitely use again price was ok .

We were made to feel at home right away by an extremely friendly hotel staff. The hotel is well situated: close to shoping mall ,royal palace and Medina. Room was exactly like a normal 4 star hotel in France or Italy. Breakfast was excellent & reasonably priced with variety of western & local food available in buffet style layout + eggs & pancake cooked according to guests' tastes...Pool for kids and one for adults adjacent ( not huge but enough to have a good swim)In short; had good time, staff very friendly & hotel well situated in city. Would recommend a room facing boulevard or pool.
