Be aware that you have to check out exactly at 10am, no 1 minute late.

The bath was very nice and was open until 2:00 a.m. and then again until 9:00.

The bed is not comfortable. In fact it is quite HARD. The room is very small. The air-conditioning system is noisy. The breakfast is good. Staff are nice.

Business hotel, free Wi-Fi, free parking, old, dated furniture, ok size room. Chose it for the price and location. Free coffee in the lobby.

This is a brand new hotel, in excellent condition, complete with all facilities including very good car parking. Our only problem was due to it being new, the car GPS did not recognise the phone number, so we had to get help by locating a shop nearby, and using that phone number in order for us to locate the hotel. Our problem through Japan was getting someone who could understand and speak minimal English, even in the best hotels the staff could not understand the word 'ice' which we found surprising

I may have been unlucky with the room assignment. It smelled like body odor. It's the only time it's happened to me at a Route Inn. Other than that, it's everything you would expect from a nice business hotel. Nice facilities. Covered parking. Great breakfast.

朝食の時間を6:00からにして欲しい

朝食が6:00からやって頂けると助かります。

給水関係でお湯がぬるかった。スタッフは非常に良い対応でした。

駅からは少し歩くけど、周辺には飲食店等が多くて便利。朝食付きはありがたいし、静かに気持ちよく過ごせた。

最寄りの駅からは、徒歩で15分位なので、自分は苦になりませんでしたが、同行者の足が少し悪かったので、少し大変そうでした。

この値段でこのクオリティは素晴らしい。

近くにユニクロやGUがあり、出張の際、着替えが足りないときなどは重宝します。コンビニも近いので部屋のみも気軽にできます。駅から少し遠いですが、タクシー乗れば全然問題ないです。

ビジネスや旅行の宿泊としては、交通の便が良いように思えた

とても綺麗な館内。大浴場も完備していてゆっくりと湯船に浸かる事ができました。 朝食も充分に美味しくいただきました。
