Basic business hotel, generally at their room rate, all are good 👍

It has everything you need. Convenience store just across the street. A big bath and free breakfast is a big plus.

Hotel condition seems a bit old. Reception can speak fluent english. Service is good. Buffet dinner just so so. But the hot spring is good especially the external one. Air conditioning cannot adjust the temperature.

Clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, a healthy start for the day. Although I cannot speak Japanese, the staff was kind enough to communicate with me through actions. It was a good experience.

The hotel is located in a quiet area but easy to find. There are ample carpark sheltered, open as well as automated lots. The hotel serves local as well as western breakfast buffet. I stayed 2 nights there and was happy with the amenities provided.

A bit of a walk from the nearest train station, but not completely unpleasant. Close to a few restaurants and the highway if you're driving. The breakfast is very tasty, and they also have an onsen on the bottom floor.

As it was a long weekend, hotels in Nagasaki City were full, this was a good alternative, easy access to Nagasaki City and also to highly underrated Shimabara to the east. great access to local train lines and very welcoming staff.

Very nice hotel located 15 minutes walk from Nishi-Isahaya train station. Good, economical base for heading into Nagasaki. Substantial breakfast included with room rate. Great, friendly, professional staff. Super clean common areas and room. Overall excellent value.

Typical Japanese business hotel. It was small but clean. Breakfast was OK. Free parking lot. Friendly staffs.

部屋、スタッフは良かったが駅から遠く電車を使ってのビジネスユースにはあまり向いていないかと感じた。朝ごはんは大変美味しく頂けました。

風呂月小さすぎる

清潔感があり、満足の滞在でした。 ただ一点、部屋のお風呂に小虫が何匹か飛んでいたのが気になりました。
