Hotel is a bit ragged at the edges due to age but the whole staff from housekeeping to breakfast waitstaff were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was beyond excellent with multiple gluten free options!

The Staff is super hude, the beds are VERY bad. The only Good thing is breakfast, but they take 1 year to clean a table.

Great location, great views, short walk to shopping and restaurants, safe, clean, great shower water pressure and good breakfast. The rooms are a little aged.

Room was mediocre at best. Mid-range if you compare to US hotels. Bathroom was tiny. Furniture was dirty and had holes. Do not stay there on Friday. So noisy due to club up top.

Very nice

The hotel is good, but little out aged. The bathroom had mold in the tiles which doesn’t match the price of the hotel. Breakfast was okay but not one of the best. Honestly I expected much more considering the price and location.

The hotel was convenient location, although there is a helicopter pad across the street that is used for transportation for ambulances. The hotel is dated like back in the 80’s and the staff is not knowledgeable about the restaurants around the area. This hotel is definitely used for conferences and not luxury accommodation.

Overall okay, but the

Amazing! Fabulous view of the sea. Room was wonderful, very comfortable. Staff spoke great English. Hotel was directly across the street from a very nice mall and lots of restaurants. The tourist bus stops directly behind the hotel for an all-day adventure around the island.

Convenient location

This is the second time that I stay in this hotel, and plan to come back. It’s very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The views from the restaurant is fantastic. I highly recommend this place for your next trip to beautiful Florianopolis.
