Centrally located.

I've stayed in Ashikaga four times, three times at this hotel and as far as I know it's the best one within 30 minutes of Ashikaga City. That's not to say it's a four or five star hotel -- it's not - but provides the basics in a convenient location..

It was really nice hotel with decent facilities in the room. Naturally I was there mainly to meet a friend so I wasn't expecting a lot to begin with (like business facilities and what not) but the service was pleasant, the room was clean and had more walking room than I expected. Nice place. I'd come here again when I visit Ashikaga.

大浴場と朝食付きが最高

他のビジネスホテルに比べ、防音がよくない。道路からの騒音も聞こえる。隣室の音も気になる。 駐車場は外部の公共駐車場で、防犯面からも気になる。 朝食は問題ないレベル。 温泉も人工ではあるがゆっくりくつろげる広さでした。 室内の清掃は問題なし。ただしコップ類は清潔さに欠ける。 足利第２と一長一短あり、どちらに泊まるか微妙。 どちらもホテル内で夕食をとることができるところは助かる。

人工温泉で癒される。喫煙室がある、コンビニがあるが少し遠い、冷房がカードキーを差したままじゃないと切れてしまうので部屋に入るたび暑い

ホテルルートイン足利駅前の皆さんにはとっても感謝しています。 スタッフとサービスを4にした理由は、お部屋に電話をした際には切る時はお客さんのこえが終わってからのほうがいいかなぁ⁈と思いましたからです。まだお礼のあいさつの途中できられたので。 セルフコーヒーサービスも嬉しかったです。

宿泊費を抑えたいプランの時に良い選択だと思います。周辺の飲食店の選択肢が限られるので事前に情報を見ておくのがベターです。

駐車場が少なく、狭い以外は良い

朝食がおいしく、大浴場が快適。

設備は古いがキレイにしておりある程度満足。ベッドが少し硬く感じた。
